It was so close to the airport we had no problems to get from and to it the next morning
Good location near the airport. Free transport to the airport. Nice with poolarea.
We ate dinner at the hotel and it was not very good. Poot breakfast.
quick pickup from airport - and a short distance. never heard planes. a ride into BA always takes an hour plus, so this worked for us, since we were just passing through.
don't expect anything more than juice and weak coffee. small, dated room - but clean.
Wifi did not work in the room. The room was really hot but did eventually cool down.
Free shuttle from/to the airport
Tiny little room, uncomfortable bed and pillow
- free and good wifi - english speaking reception - free airport shuttle to EZE - 10% off when paying in cash (in restaurant and hotel)
- airconditioning was too cold and could not be manually controlled nor turned off (not even during night)!!! - halfhearted waitress in restaurant - bad food at restaurant - no safe - old tv
Sadly,past its sell-by date.
Very well organized with shuttles to and from the airport
Friendly front desk staff speak English Free pick up and drop off at Ezeiza 5 minutes from Ezeiza OK dinner Continental breakfast from 2am
Rooms showing some age Somewhat expensive for level of quality No options for outside meals No nearby shops Pool unusable
The concierge was friendly and he seemed to be doing everything there from being the receptionist, to handling bags to driving people to the airport
i called them the day before arriving to schedule the airport transfer. they told me they cannot schedule pickups but i should call them when i have bags. So i landed, got bags and called them 13 times for 30 minutes.. they even hung up on me... i had to wait 1 hour to get a car and pay a normal taxi. The rooms are old, filled with mosquitos and the fan was wobbling. pretty bad.
We only stayed one night at the hotel. The room was clean and although not fancy suited our needs, the breakfast was fine and what you would expect at the price. We needed to get from the domestic airport to the hotel quite late at night. We had been on an Antarctic trip and communication on our part was sparotic. We have to say that staff at the hotel were fantastic and we had brilliant customer service with emails and questions answered almost by return. There is a free shuttle bus included for the international airport which was comfortable and spacious. What we really appreciated was that although a car from the the domestic airport to the hotel is not included in the price they did arrange for a car to pick us up which was reasonably priced and perfect as we were tired and the queues at the domestic airport for taxies were very long and there was heavy rain. So big thanks to all staff for a very helpful comfortable and friendly stay. We would defiantly stay again.
room was very basic and overpriced
Free transportation from and to airport. Friends staff. Internet.
Great position if you want to be close to the airport.
price/value. Hard to say about the staff - one was amazing - great English, helpful, the rest was terrible ...
Friendly staff Prompt airport pick-up Late checkout Good food on bar menu
The rooms are tired but adequate and clean
This hotel has potential, it is beautiful and clean, especially for an airport hotel. Until the staff and administration figures out how to do their jobs, would not recommend staying here at all. You will be in for a stressful, aggravating night.
This is one of the most poorly run establishments I have ever stayed in. My friend and I had been traveling for 12 hours already, and arrived at the hotel around 5 PM before another 24 hours of travel. We were looking forward to a relaxing evening lying in bed and watching TV. We get to the hotel, and they inform us that the power is out in the entire neighborhood. Fair enough, things happen. How they handled the situation though, was atrocious. It took them four hours to acquire a generator, which worked for two hours before shutting down, at which point the entire hotel staff stood outside smoking cigarettes. By this point it was dark outside. Guests were in the restaurant, trying to eat dinner, and it took the staff a good 10 minutes to realize maybe they should provide their guests with some light, and bring out some candles. Meanwhile, people in their rooms had no light whatsoever, and with no way to charge their phones (which would be vital for the next 24 hours of travel), were left in complete darkness to get around their room, go to the bathroom, get down the stairs. Not only is this a major inconvenience for weary travelers, but it is dangerous. My friend and I tripped going down the stairs, but luckily didn't get hurt. In the US, this hotel would have been shut down and sued for all they are worth, which isn't very much. I really can't comprehend why nobody brought us flashlights. Finally my friend and I decided we couldn't put off eating any longer. After almost breaking our necks getting to the restaurant, we stood at the counter for about 20 minutes while the hotel staff wandered aimlessly, not seeming to be accomplishing anything. Staff walked right past us without even looking at us. At one point, one of the staff saw us standing at the counter, stopped, gave us an astonished look and walked away.
I really liked the staff and service. Also the location is perfect. The pick up from and to Ezeiza airport.
The rooms look a little worn out. they are ready for a new look and refurbishing.
Close to Ezeiza airport and shuttle service included in cost of stay WiFi worked well considering it's Argentina.
Room and bed linen very outdated Breakfast buffet very hap-hazard, staff not checking for re-fills, had to walk to kitchen to ask for things like cheese and ham.
Location close to the international airport
Room, facilities, restaurant, breakfast....
Good clean basic hotel with great staff and location.
free airport pick up / drop off decent food menu n price oopportunity to relax by pool side flexibility to pay in USD 10% discount if paid in cash
jacuzzi was not working twin bedroom for single traveller - double bed not allowed
Shuttle was most convenient. Staff were very helpful as my luggage didn't arrive with me. Food was good.
Sound of traffic.
The perfect place to stay near the airport. Rooms are small, clean and comfortable. No frills just a place to rest when you're weary from traveling. Truly, a beacon in the night. Breakfast is also basic, but delicious! Yummy and fresh pastries, coffee and juice...oh and cold-cuts and fantastic cheese, the perfect argentine protein fix for the morning! Also, if you need to get to Buenos Aires or anywhere for that matter, have Fabian, one of the taxi-drivers that works with them, take you! He is fairly priced and is a sweetheart! Great first-impression of Argentinians! We'll definitely keep the Posada in mind for the next time we're near the airport.
A little pricey for what it is.
Very helpful and friendly hoteliers and superb location for those stopover nights for Ezeiza. We stayed both inwards and outwards journeys with same great service both times. Excellent wifi in all 6 rooms we had.
The friendliness of the staff and it was very close to the International Airport.
The breakfast was not very good at all. I would have expected more for what you pay for the accommodation.
