It was a very crowded time at the hotel so it is a bit difficult to assess but we were very comfortable and the location was great.
The hotel is charming; it is in the center of town, but also situated on a gold course, so is very green. It is on a quiet street and spans multiple buildings. Breakfast -- included in the room price -- was generous and delicious. The lodge-feeling bar was charming and had good food.
The rooms are overheated, and it is difficult to let fresh air in. This was true in almost all Argentine hotels we stayed in.
Good location - very close to the center.
Very strange, but in wine country there were not glasses in the room in 5 stars hotel. Staff could not organize transfer for 8 people. Offered 2-3 taxis. Resolved this problem by myself.
Helpful staff, attractive and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast included, terrific location.
Poor plumbing design in WC allowed sewer gas smell to enter bathroom. Existed in our room and neighboring room and may be systemic. Bad smell stayed in bathroom, mostly.
Old stylish hotel Good breakfast
Advertised price of 1.600 $ was a joke? Wellness area could need some improvement
I liked everything on this hotel Excelent
Avoid rooms in ground flour. Some of them are dark, hot, without possibility widely open windows
Excellent location and very friendly staff Pool and spa were great Breakfast was very good and again attentive & friendly staff. overall a wonderful experience and would return in a heartbeat
Room was a little small and very hot
Lovely hotel spacious clean excellent friendly and professional staff. We also liked the bars and restaurants
We liked less the room for breakfast, ie a large hall with artificial light some sort of lack of character: on a nice day I prefer to eat breakfast and see the beautiful gardens and natural light
LOCATION IS PERFECT, VERY GOOD HOTEL
INTERNET, THE SWIMMING POOL WAS TOO FAMILY......
Nice position overlooking the golf course & easy walk to Main Street for shops & restaurants.
Rooms were a bit tired. Unfortunately there was a festival on & someone yelling over a loud speaker from mid afternoon til midnight which was very annoying & very hard to get to sleep. I assume this is only once a year but worth avoiding.
Good location, quiet but close enough to the main street. Swimming pool is a plus Staff was helpful in general (in particular the young man in charge of luggage)
Spa treatments got mixed reviews - my husband had a great massage but my facial was one of the worst I have ever had
location and facilities are great. Breakfast was excellent.
The room was a little too warm even with the heat off. Opening the window helped but then the dogs barking all night were a bit of a bother. But I would definetly stay again
third floor rooms are too hot and too noisy from outside. only single bed available during our stay. not enough ventilation in the rooms.
Perhaps, the most British hotel in Patagonia!
Everything. Very comfortable room-cozy and inviting. We only wish that we stayed another night
