Staff are very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately during my stay the WiFi was very poor. It was virtually non-existent in my room and erratic and poor in the longe near the reception. This does need to be improved. Fortunately the pleasant cafe, La Madelaine, on the corner of Avenida de 9 Julio and Cordoba has good free wifi and good coffee.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The morning coffee at the breakfast was bad. The hotel is a bit worn in places and could use updating.

When I made the reservations I base on stars, this is not a 4 star hotel, one of the reasons they game me when I called was becasu I have chosen the cheapest room, well the hotel is not an airplane with first class and executive ire it is four stars is all four star, I could understand the sizes of the room are different bit no the whole building. Last the breakfast wasn't evev good, is hard not to have good croissant in argentine, they were not good.

Everything was clean and nice, the reception was extremely nice and accommodating. We had a superior queen suite, which was quite large and had the sleeping area separated from the living room by French doors. The bathroom also included a Jacuzzi bathtub.

This is not the hotel's fault, but Microcentro in general is not safe at night. We stayed here because it was very close to a lot of the landmarks, like Teatro Colon, the Obelisk, etc. During the day this is a heavy-traffic business district with thousands of people walking through the streets, a lot of food and good shopping opportunities. At night, however, there is almost no one out, except for a lot of people living in boxes and on benches, and a bunch of teenagers up to no good (two of whom robbed me on our way between Microcentro and Recoleta). If you do end up staying in this area, at night you should take a taxi everywhere, unless you know how to look sketchy in a hoodie.

Un poco ruidoso (la calle). El precio que me salía en la web no incluía IVA como suele ser el caso, con lo que me salió 21% más caro de lo que pensé...

Serviço de quarto muito irregular.

es mi hotel preferido, por el lugar, las instalaciones, solo que el de categoria superior deberian ya cambiar, las llaves, cuando uno viaja solo, esta bien, pero lcuando viajan dos personas amigas que comparten habitacion o es habitacion familiar, no se puede tener una sola llave, personalmente en otros hoteles, cuando vamos dos personas, nos entregan dos llaves para no tener que molestar a la otra, ademas yo fui varias, veces y creo que deberian ponerlo un poco mas moderno, se esta quedando sin cambios.el personal excelente.

nuestra habitación no nos pareció de un hotel 4 estrellas, demasiado antigua y no tenía minibar como decía en la descripción al hacer la reserva

Muy descuidado, muy sucio, con insectos en las habitaciones gymnasio un desastre todo roto y sucio necesitan reparar instalaciones y mantenerlas limpias

Отель, конечно, не 4*. Но расположение отличное, если нужен именно центр города. Все достаточно скромно и старовато, но прилично. Отель подходит для бюджетного проживания в центре города. Служащие весьма любезны и доброжелательны. The hotel is certainly not 4 *. But the location is excellent, if you want that kind of city center. It is rather modest and old, but decent. The hotel is suitable for budget accommodation in the city center. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Комары в номере! OFF не помогал, хотя нам и опрыскивали номер несколько раз. Mosquitoes in the room

El sistema de llaves de habitaciones, creo que sería mejor modernizar a sistema de tarjeta.
