Some of the staff is very friendly and make you feel at home, even ran errands for us if it was in the area. The buffet breakfast was good and if you wanted eggs they were offered at no additional price. Some of the carpets were soiled both in the public areas and in the rooms. Although the lobby and the restaurant were clean. The air conditioning in the rooms needs to be updated, it took almost 24 hours for it to get to a comfortable temperature. |

The staff is really very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Nice location, near the obelisk. The room I've got was far away from a 4 star hotel... I'm guessing they supplied me a cheap one because of the reservation issues. The nearby streets weren't very clean. |

Luego de haber hecho la reserva habia dudado de alojarme por los comentarios vertido de otros huespedes , los cuales luego de haberme alojado me parecieron exagerados , el hotel tiene una exelente ubicacion , un confort y servicios que son 100% acorde con el coste de la habitacion, por mis actividades laborales me he alojado en muchos hoteles de Buenos Aires y en comparacion considero que es un cuatro estrellas de 8 puntos . Por ultimo el staff es totalmente agradable y predispuesto . Una muy buena estadía que seguramente marcará mi retorno como cliente. Su exelente ubicacion trae la contra de que Buenos Aires es muy ruidosa y si uno es de levantarse tarde la insonorisacion de las habitaciones que dan a la calle nunca será suficiente. |

la piscina llegamos al hotel y el conserje nos dijo q la reserva era para una persona y no para 2, asi q nos metio en una habitación horrible, en un altillo y sin ascensor, toda húmeda y viejisima, con baño sin bidet, al dia siguiente nos dijeron q pagando 30 dolares mas nos cambiaban a una mejor, les pregunto ¿si nosotros pagamos por una habitación doble y confortable, tienen derecho a meternos en una... |
