Nothing. Too expensive for what it really is. The only positive comment is the placement of the hotel. Very dirty even after cleaning by staff as they have no idea of what a clean place is. Definitively someone has to check the appartment before giving keys to customers. Deception regarding building maintenance, mainly pool area and solarium (not really motivated to swim there)! |

The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious The stove was useless for cooking. The staff kicked us out for having friends over. I could not contact the office to check out and they charged my credit card without authorization. |

The bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen facilities were all we needed for a four day stay and close to all the interesting parts of the city. We were greeted by the non-English speaking doorman and he phoned an English-speaking manager to whom we spoke on the phone (so far so good), but when we got to our room we found no information about how to pay, whether there was wireless internet or local tourist information - this made the first day of our visit a bit trying. |

Centrally located, very smart elevators, king size beds, strong shower, security building, my room quiet (exc. Noise from above) Broken blind (I fixed), no tv reception, Sound system, microwave didn't work. Apartment a grubby version of in the photos. Erratic room service. Room not ready at 2pm - waited until 3:30. Furniture missing. Long time before water got hot |

The room was very big compared to those of regular hotels, very nice facilities, our room was very quiet, compared to most places in Buenos Aires There was urine odour in the toilets, they weren't dirty but I guess there was a problem in the pipes. Even if I called the reception as soon as I arrived to the hotel, they wouldn't react during the whole stay. The apartment is great, but you shouldn't rely on the manager for anything |

Location, size of room, the fact that it had a kitchen with refrigerator, balconies, security staff at the entrance. We left a note and asked housekeeping for cleaan towels and soap but did not receive any. The housekeeping staff placed the dirty towels, sheets and a pillow with blood on it from some previous stay in one of the kitchen cupboards and and even though we placed it on the floor for removal it was placed back in the cupboard. |

Está muy bien ubicado, tiene todas las comodidades que buscábamos. Deberían dejar por escrito en el departamento algunas instrucciones básicas como: tipo de conexión de internet, número de teléfono, cómo escuchar los mensajes dejados en la contestadora, ubicación y uso del lavaropas. Comentario sólo para venezolanos: el pago se hace a través de una página web y no en un punto de venta, por ende no se puede pagar con el cupo de viajero si no con el cupo electrónico. |

Melhorar a pintura do apto, arrumar a cortina pra que feche completamente, colocar piso no banheiro e traocar as boalhas de banhos por jogos mais novos e confortaveis. Deixar alguem mais informado na portaria orientar e esclarecer as formas de pagamento ou o que for necessario. |

'Hotel' Premiere Arenales zit een app.complex waar veel locals wonen.Het appt. ziet er heel netjes en mooi uit. Ligging qua locatie is prima, goede buurt, dicht bij mooie winkels en openbaar vervoer. Schoonmaakdames en de manager (toevallig even gezien) zijn heel vriendelijk. Het is wél erg gehorig qua buren geluiden. En etensluchten van het koken door de buren roken we ook in ons appt. Er werkt nauwelijks personeel, er is geen receptie, wel een portier. |

Não tem nenhum serviço de hotel,é uma moradia,não tem nem recepção com funcionários para resolver seus problemas e isto não fica claro na pagina do booking.Foi péssimo...Sujo, duas camas juntas e não cama de casal como foi pedido, roupa de cama usada,cortina quebrada,corredores imundos.Não recomendo para férias.È para morar. Mudar a página do booking |
