Staff in general: 2 waitress talking their business at the till. After that trying some face cream in front of customers. It was Sunday at 7.30 am and there were 3 or 4 customers. Reception: they don't bother too much. Looks like everything is too much effort. Facilities: don't play with being traditional and lack of investment. Hotel is in need of an update.

We love the Presidente. Its localtion is wonderful, right on 9th Julio a block down for the Colon. You can walk to Recoleta or Calle Florida easily. The staff are lovely and the old fashioned style is great. Excellent value for money.

Nothing - we've returned here many times over the last 10 years.

Real old fashioned Porteno style and a wonderfully convienient location right in the middle but with no noise

The breakfast isnt quite as good as it was 5 years ago -not that we eat such extravagent stuff but it used to look amazing. Theres are some touches of shabbiness but we find that endearing.
