Lennox Buenos Aires is an urban and modern designer hotel offering luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the heart of Buenos Aires.
Score from 413 reviews Very good
small room for a good price. This is a no frills hotel. If you want luxury, go somewhere else.
the cheapest room is pretty small.
Cleanless and friendliness
bed is too short for people longer than 180cm
The staff, general design.
Somewhat worn off room, the feel of the street.
Sky bar, but the view is not 4stars. Very decent Wifi, not always the case in Argentina.
Temperature of the pool was so low it was for your eyes only. The breakfast as we managed to reserve rooms without breakfast. Probably out fault, but strange as all the offerings were breakfast included.
The hotel is at a very central location. Close to metro as well. The staff were helpful.
The breakfast was poor. Internet connection from the room is not very good, but ok.
We stayed at the hotel twice during our holiday. Comfortable bed with crisp white sheets. We were given an early check in after an over night flight. Good breakfast choice. Professional and helpful reception staff. They organised an early taxi to EZE for us that was well driven and reliable. Located close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Buquebus terminal and Tienda Leon bus stop (for EZE)
There was quite a lot of street noise at the weekend until 4am, on our 2nd visit (mid week) we didn't hear any noise (though we did check in at midnight). The breakfast staff were very uninterested and reluctant to serve any coffee to us on both of our visits to the hotel.
Location, hotel design
Breakfast was at -1, staff not very helpful
Highly efficient staff
Everything. Great location with an outstanding rooftop bar. Rooms were quiet. Staff was extremely helpful
Location, modern touch, design, sky bar is excellent, staff at the bar super friendly. WiFi for South American standards fast and reliable. Good Breakfast Buffet. Value for money is excellent for Buenos Aires.
Apart from the staff at the roof top bar and the security personal at the main entrance door the staff was not really friendly. The breakfast team rather moody.
The location is great though at night the streets are really empty. They say it is safe to walk to restaurants nearby though. The room is nice and also the toilet and amenities.
The sky bar and the pool were closed. The cleaning lady did not come til 4 pm on Sunday to clean up the room . By this time we were in the room so she left a message .But we have left the hotel that morning at 10 am and returned at 1 pm.
nothing .. overpriced
the front staff was very rude .. asked about a 1 hour late checkout and they refused ..and said if you stay one minute past 12noon you will be charged another nite !!! will never stay hereagain
convenience location grocery store across the street friendly staff good breakfast
construction work sewage smell as you enter
Location very convenient
Hotel advertised for sky bar on top floor Unavailable Under refurbish Power out for couple hours Got stuck at high floor level
A good hotel. It has all you need.
Lots of construction works in the surrounding streets and therefore a bit noisy. Nothing to do with them though.
The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The hotel has a great interior design. The breakfast is good. It has a good location.
The rooms that are on the side of the street are very noisy, so it is better not to stay on that side of the building. They are repairing the street so the access is difficult by car but this will be temporarily. If you are a woman traveling by yourself avoid walking late at night on the street, it can be a little bit dangerous in this area but the hotel has an excellent location to visit the most touristic places.
Hotel Pulitzer is very easy to access and is perfectly located at the doorstep of Recoleta. the room was great and the staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check in slightly earlier and check out a bit later, allowing us to make the best of our time in Buenos Aires.
The Hotel is located "downtown" Buenos Aires in the middle of the so calles "micro centro", just a block away from the famous Shopping arkades "Galerias Pacifico". The Hotel offers "Business Standard". The rooms are comfortable and clean (only the carpet would have needed some General cleaning). The "skybar" was closed as well as the pool, maybe because my visit was in the "winter" (September). The breakfast is also Standard but with some fresh fruits (Strawberrys, Oranges, Mandarins) and they have got some good local bakery. Of course you can get the obligatory "cafe con leche". Though, the breakfast room is located in the Basement, but that´s OK, regarding the Location of the Hotel. The Windows (if closed ;-)) will lower the noise of the City to a nice Minimum. Of course, if you want to be "downtown", there is some noise in all citiy´s around the globe, also during the night. The WIFI was free, fast and reliable. There is a Little Supermarket just across the street, open till 10pm, this could be very conveniant if you want to buy a bottle of water or some nibbles. There is also a wide variaty of different Restaurants Close to the Hotel. I was arriving by Train and could walk from central Station to the Hotel. (about 400m)
Free Wifi Good location Modern and clean
Room looks like the pictures and just the right size with WI Fi in the room! Confortable bed and clean. Very good location!
Room was nice, good bed, staff was helpfull and friendly
Bath tub has no stopper and no overview. Even though advertised on booking.com as coming with a bath tub, staff told me "you can only use it as a shower" !
Great location, helpful staff and nice rooms. Overall excellent.
Excellent staff, very helpful and considerate. Especially the guys working the front desk and the breakfast room.
Good taste in the design and good quality of all accessories in the room and bath.
Bar expensive, breakfast room unpleasant at the basement.
The staff were cold and unfriendly and unhelpful
