Great hotel, great location, great staff. everything you could ask for from a boutique hotel in the fantastic Palermo Soho district of Buenos Aires. Staff all speak English and are happy to help for any request, free Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and a simple breakfast every morning gets you ready for a day of seeing BA's sights and enjoying Palermo's food and shopping!

Lo mejor ha sido el servicio de desayuno. Buen ambiente, buen servicio. En principio información engañosa en su pagina web, lo que he pagado, desde ningún cálculo cierra. Primero porque no es clara la información, entre precios puestos en pesos pero con la aclaración que es en realidad dólares. En 2do. lugar contraté por un precio un tipo de habitación y cuando arribé me ubicaron en otro de menor valor, reclamé y de inmediato me cambiaron. No creo en la equivocacion, fue provocado así. LUego por el precio, las sábanas no cubrían adecuadamente el tipo de colchón y por lo tanto se escapaba a cada momento. Síntesis: relación precio-calidad negativo.

Sono stata in vacanza con la mia famiglia e abbiamo trovato questo piccolo Hotel splendido. Bellissimo arredamento sia delle parti comuni che delle stanze; ottima e abbondante colazione alla mattina. Tutti I membri dello staff assolutamente efficienti, disponibili e molto cortesi. Ho tre bimbe piccole alle quali è stata riservata un'accoglienza davvero deliziosa (biscotti caldi alla mattina preparati ad hoc e calza della befana la mattina del 6 gennaio). Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

El hotel está muy bien, y el personal fue un encanto, muy amables y serviciales. Parece que su público objetivo de gente de mediana edad, que buscan un sitio tranquilo para relajarse. La habitación que nos asignaron no era muy grande para dos personas, pero nos estamos bien.

親切で頼り甲斐あるフロントスタッフ。何度もお手伝いしていただき、大変有益な情報をいくつも提供していた- だいたお陰で、少ない滞在時間を有効活用できました。 ジャグジー付きのお部屋に泊まりましたが、ジャグジーは一度作動させると中からゴミが出てきました。二度目- からは問題なく使用できましたが、お使いになる際は一度状態を確認された方が無難かと思います。

Hospitality- hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they are very attentive to their guests needs and really make you feel at home... Location- Palermo Soho- is very nice. Breakfast- few kinds of cereals, omlet, ham and cheese, frutes, pastries, tea and coffee, as well as very friendly, "homy" atmosphere at breakfast... The closet is very small, so there is almost no room for clothes. It's not a problem of the hotel and should be expected in this kind of a small hotel-boutique but should be taken into account if you are staying a long time and have enough clothes and other things for a long trip as you won't be able to comfortably use it all...
