Front desk staff, Nadia and Alexandra, are friendly and very helpful. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Location is very close to the beach and wonderful. Breakfast. Many tables are not cleaned and foods are not supplied promptly when they are empty.

Spacious and airy. Lovely views of the ocean from all rooms. Good balcomy. Within very easy reach of the beach. Very poor food and somewhat dated decor, especially in the dining room. Quality of service in the dining room was fair at best. Food poorly cooked and poorly presented...on one occasion meat was not cooked at all...Room sold as a junior suite for 3 people...really just a room with 3 beds in it and a little cramped as a result. Too far from the centre of town to walk regularly but taxis very reasonably priced.

Very beautiful hotel and rooms - top quality, and the price is very affordable for the level of luxury offered. Service was fast and friendly - we felt like kings! The view from our room (and all rooms) was amazing! You should really stay here at least one night if you're in Puerto Madryn. It is far from the rest of Puerto Madryn - about 40 minutes walkng. However, a taxi is about 25-30 pesos to town (5-6 USD), which is worth it for the amount of luxury the hotel offers (and the views).

Lo espacioso de las habitaciones. Los muebles de la habitacion. El excelente trato del personal. La limpieza y lo agradable del diseño de todo el hotel. El casino de gran diseño aerquitetonico. El baño tiene algunas cosas no previstas. Es muy chica la bañadera, para personas con algo de obesidad les cuesta moverse adentro, es chica. Ademas la ducha es muy baja, personas con altura superior a 1,80 tienen dificultad para bañarse.Estaba en la habitacion 501

El diseño y comodidad de los cuartos. La vista es maravillosa, desde el balcón se puede apreciar toda la bahia. Tal vez deberían organizar un poco mejor el desayuno, sobre todo cuando reciben contigentes o grupos.

El desayuno es completisimo, el hotel es muy lindo y la gente amable. El servicio de desayuno y bar cuando hay mucha gente, es desastroso. Igual que el servicio a la habitación.

Es hermoso el hotel, muy confortable, el desayuno "espectacular". Aunque le faltan algunos detalles,por ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero el precio es muy razonable. 100%recomendable, pasamos un fin de semana hermoso!!!
