The hotel staff spoke good English and were helpful. Central location. Breakfast good. Rooms were very clean. We booked the hotel because of the indoor and outdoor pool, but were told neither of these were in use until December. We also wanted internet access but this also was not available due to technical problems. The hotel is on a busy street with both bus and subway services which were extremely noisy - the "sound proofed" rooms did not do the job (and we were on the sixth floor). |

Hotel bem localizado, com estrutura adequada para atendimento do turista que busca comodidade e proximidade, principalmente com o setor de compras. O café da manhã poderia ser melhorado. |

Está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de Calle Florida y de Corrientes. A paso de todo... El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es un poco básico. Faltan más opciones de pan, quesos, "facturitas". Además el horario de éste para mi gusto es un poco temprano. |

Que el hotel es nuevo, y todo está en buen estado. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El desayuno es un poco limitado, falta más personal en la recepción. Desde mi habitación estuve llamando y nunca respondieron. |

A localização é excelente , muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos.As acomodações são muito confortáveis , novas e amplas. O atendimento por parte dos funcionários é muito bom e são todos muito solícitos. O café da manhã é bom , mas poderia oferecer maior variedade de frutas e de pães.O chuveiro é excelente e as toalhas e lençois de boa qualidade. Que não exijam um pré pagamento antecipado,pois isso complica um pouco o check-out alem da desconfiança em relação à honestidade do cliente. |

Localização fantástica - rua tranquila no centro da cidade, com opções de gastronomia, compras e acesso rápido aos principais pontos turísticos de Buenos Aires. O hotel é novo e, por isso, muito bem conservado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Quarto espaçoso e sem ruídos. Bom café da manhã e atendimento. TV de LCD na frente da cama deixaria o quarto perfeito. |
