Location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest; helpful staff; good breakfasts.
Wi-fi a bit hit and miss in the rooms but fine in public areas.
Location handy for shops, eating and underground
Had to pay for spa inc sauna which was seperate male and female so not good for a couple. Pool very small
Please run away when advised for tickets tourist activities. Try to check and before you go mainly if you want order maderotango or even a taxi to airport. Tip: go to citybank to withdraw cash.
Location is perfect
I arrived at night and the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. Before i went to bed i switched on the A.C and i woke up at 3 am to the sound of the AC dripping water. Moreover internet was not working (poor connection) I informed the reception. The guy at the reception was very rude and said that the AC will drip if temperature goes below 24 Degrees Celcius which doesn't make sense. I asked to change the room and the guy denied, so i told him that i will check out in that case and go to another hotel, and then he changed his mind and decided to give me another room. Avoid this hotel. Breakfast is mainly croissants and cakes.
Location staff breakfast
We stayed just for one night. When we arrived at the hotel, at 11 PM, we were informed that there would be no water from 8 AM to 5PM, on the next day.
The location is close to Florida Street, the Obelisk and additional few more blocks for Plaza de Mayo. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable.
The street of the hotel looks shabby but it is relatively safe. The gym is quite decent, some of the equipment are not well maintained.
Awful quality of sleep. The walls are so thin that you can even hear people flushing the toilet in other rooms at 3 am. On top of that, very bad pillows. I could only sleep 4 hours that night. Do not stay here if you have something extremely important to do in the morning.
At the reception, Ana and Bernardo are both helpful and kind persons. The location of the hotel is good and is near the city center. I also had no problem with the wifi in my room.
The location. We could leave our luggage while we travelled to Montevideo.
The swimming pool is far too small to swim.
The location and comfort of the room. We were only here for one night so cannot really comment much more on it's facilities. The breakfast is good.
Nothing to comment on; would only be nit picking if I were to.
Good central location, staff very helpful both in Spanish and English.
The location was excellent
The hotel location is very central. Room was quite big, especially the king size bed was the biggest that I've ever seen. Breakfast was ok.Reception was very kind and helpful.
The whirlpool was so small. You have to pay for the sauna.
All days same breakfast. Rooms not clean, room very noisy, lot of problems with the payments because we book over a internet portal.debits our credit cart double
The stuff, the breakfast, the location.
Nice position. Helpful staff. Cheap price.
Mold in the toilet, due to non-existent ventilation system. Basically you need to open the window in the room if you want smell and humidity to go away from the bathroom... you can imagine the consequences.
Very central, 3 minutes walk from the obelisk, comfortable room. The guy that does the massage is great, very professional and great results.
Minibar basically empty, "jacuzzi" is not really a jacuzzi and pretty uncomfortable. Spa and pool area closes at night, so you cannot relax whenever you want.
Location Every member of the staff except for a particular one were excellent and helped us a lot.
We needed to travel 70km to La Plata city. When I asked a member of the staff about how to get there, he tried to make us rent a $400 remise that worked with them, and when I repeatedly asked for bus tickets he said they would cost $400 each, which was totally absurd. We ended going to the bus station and getting each ticket for $28.
excelent helpfully and kind I will tell all my freinds about the nice piple in this hotel
Poor breakfast, very poor.
The included breakfast was very good with many choices. There were scrambled eggs, a fresh fruit compote, pastries, cereals, good coffee, juices, and so on, each morning.
Some construction next door started early each morning.
situated in the centre, close to a shopping mall, easily accessible by public transportation, helpful personnel
The staff were excellent. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Location for us to walk to city center, shopping, metro rail & bus and tourist attractions was terrific. Great stay.
Everything was above expectations, to tell you the truth. We have had a few "shockers" in Argentina. But not this time.
