Good location and breakfast. The hotel is falsely advertised. The jacuzzis were not working and there is no restaurant on the first floor. It opens for breakfast only. Gym equipment didnt work either. |

Nice but the layout of the room was quite hopeless with a desk separating the room i two and thus you never got a feeling of having reserved on eof the top rooms at this hotel. Unsatisfactory noise level - it was impossible to close the windons completelyt. Extremely friendly staff. |

Friendly and attentive staff, 5 minutes walk from the Obelisk and about the same to Florida. Convenient, clean and quite cheap. As it is in the microcentre, the streets in the immediate environs were near deserted at night. We happily walked a few blocks to se a Tango show so there were no safety concerns. |

Staff were very helpful, concierge a delight. Breakfast was nice plentiful with a lot of choice. No public area in foyer, Spa facilities out of use due to season. Being situated in city centre even onn the 9th (top) floor found traffic to be very noisy. Out side main entrance Pavement very rough. |

The staff were wonderfully helpful. Just basically great service. I chose this hotel due to it's good review ratings on various websites and i wasn't disappointed. |

Excellent location downtown. Very easy to get most anywhere in BA from hotel. Hotel staff very accommodating. Breakfast buffet adequate. Rooms were very clean. Will stay there again if in B A. |

Whilst the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice, I was very disappointed because it advertises a restaurant and a gym, neither of which it had. I specifically chose this hotel for those features and therefore having booked for a week, had to move out after the first day. The hotel brochure and website is misleading because they intend to get a gym and restaurant, but dont yet! This needs to be made clear. Other than that, the hotel is very central and comfortable and once it has all facilities it will be a very nice place to stay. |

localizacao,recepcao lamentavel ,programacao limpeza dos aptos,varios dias da minha estada ,nao houve limpeza dos aposentos ,chegavamos,as16hs,e nada de limpeza.segundo as faxineiras ,havia uma so , para limpar 4 pisos com prioridade para os aptos check out.sugiro avaliar melhor aprogramacao de limpeza,de resto o apto e muito bom. |

A localização é excepcional. O café da manhã é muito bom. As instalações são novas e é muito limpo. Havia um retorno do esgoto no banheiro que produzia um cheiro ruim mas nada que tornasse a estadia insuportável. Também não havia um bom isolamento acústico em relação ao barulho do tráfego. |

Colchões, traveseiros e edredons são muito confortáveis, o hotel é todo novinho e impecavelmente limpo, com tv de lcd no quarto, ar condicionado, internet wi-fi gratuita e frigobar. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Além disso, a localização é perfeita. Adorei e recomendo. |

Os funcionários do hotel atendem com muita presteza, sao simpáticos, e muito amigáveis. Sem dúvida, é um diferencial do hotel. Sim.Como fizemos uma viagem a outra cidade da Argentina, na volta ficamos mais um dia hospedados. O ar condicionado não funcionou, mesmo o funcionário tendo tentado. Estava muito quente, e passamos a noite no calor porque não havia mais disponibilidade. |

Os funcionarios foram muito prestativos, a localização é excelente, proximo a Florida e Obelisco, o banheiro é novo (muito importante,quando se trata de Buenos Aires), com uma boa ducha, ar cond. que funciona e vc pode controlar e bom cafe da manhã. Um pouco barulhento pois tinha um gerador de energia ligado em frente ao hotel, que espero seja temporario. |
