    The medialunas at breakfast

We booked a luxery suite and were totally disapointed: A 3 meters high wall infront of our window, no sunlight, the room wasn't the one which was described on the booking-website, staff was very very unfriendly and unhelpful and the peak of it all was that the staff called us at 7.00 AM to ask if we check out on this day but it was obvious they just wanted to make a fool out of us! We can't believe this is a hotel! Never ever again! Save your money and book a nice hostel which will be surely much more confortable!

The space was enormous and the hotel was in the middle of mendoza closest hotel to the center we ever had. Good spacious parking

As in all argentine hotels the breakfast is poor.

good location and views from rooms facing central mendoza

surly sleepy and rude male staff members making sarcastic comments within hearing range of customers-this is front house staff commenting about breakfast and deciding if food needed replaced or was too burned to eat, the air con barely worked after 30 mins went warm this in summer plus a zonda and temperatures hitting 40 or so was totally inadequate , the rooms appear tidy but look and you will find dust and the balcony was never touched egg shells and old cigarette but around. The hotel is under new ownership or management and the staff seem to be unhappy. Also the pool was dirty very stupid in such warm weather . Front house staff a little sleepy, not quick with dealing with simple requests and slow or sometimes reluctant to call for cabs or make reservations

The helpfulness of the reception staff member Gustavo on things to do and see. Quick response to a problem in our room and then upgradea to a better suite when the problem could not be sorted immediately.

Reported the faulty wifi on floor 3 but was not fixed during out 5 day stay. Could use floor 2 or 4 but with weak signal.
