Het Reina Victoria Suites & Towers is centraal gelegen in Mendoza, op 4 straten van de autovrije straat Sarmiento en niet ver van de uitlopers van het Andesgebergte. Het heeft kamers voor zelfstandig gebruik, een wellnesscentrum en een panoramisch zwembad. Ook biedt het hotel gratis WiFi. In de suites van het Reina Victoria zijn moderne en klassieke stijlen met elkaar in combinatie gebracht. Ze hebben grote ramen, mooie houten vloeren, airconditioning,verwarming, een televisie met kabel- en satellietkanalen, een minibar en een volledige kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to the town centre and also walking distance to the bus station. Wi-fi available and free. Had to ask for bath towels which were then removed and not replaced. The towels were hung up for re-use according to the sign ' to save the environment'.

Spacious, with bedroom separate from the kitchen/living area and large balcony. Walking distance to bus station and thr city centre. Clean and reasonably quiet. Sleepy breakfast staff who show little interest. Not a lot of kitchen equipment.

La ubicación. La habitacion 11 es penosa. Despintada, manchada, sucia. La llave de luz colgando, los cables del secador sueltos, inodoro manchado, moviliario horrible, camas imposibles. Una autentica pocilga. Jamas me sentí tan incomodo en un hotel. Las camas con dosel existen solo en las fotos. Impresentable. Booking deberia inspeccionarlo y luego deslistarlo. Jamas, una pocilga así podria tener una calificacion tan alta. Por favor, revisenla.

Muito boa a localização do hotel q permite explorar o centro de Mendoza sem transporte, gostei tb da acomodação da suite família onde ficamos, q poderia acomodar até 06 pessoas. Hotel tranquilo p a dormida, de pequeno porte e aconchegante. O café da manhã poderia ser melhorado, já que hotel de 04 estrelas. Tb não recomendo o jantar - Salgado e sem qualidade.

Quartos amplos com microondas, pia e utensílios de cozinha. Localizacao. Atendimento sofrível. Sem reposicao no café.Estacionamento a 100m.Banheiro com vazamento.Solicitei auxílio 3 vezes para carregarem as malas: os funcionários °nao entendiam° e zombaram. A funcionária altina é despreparada e grosseira.Enfim, voltei para Mendoza e me hospedei em outro hotel. Fuja.

Localização, atenção do pessoal da recepção O primeiro quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, abafado, reclamamos e mudamos para o 3o andar e era bem mais arejado, melhorou. O hotel é bem antigo.

Me gusto el tamaño y comodidad de la habitacion, también el desayuno El equipo de aire de la sala hacia un ruido insoportable y el del dormitorio tiro un monton de agua en el piso de la habitacion , mojandonos pertenencias.nos cambiaron de habitacion pero ya era el último díua y nos teniamos que volver.

La excelente atenciòn y predisposiciòn del empleado de recepciòn Sr. Gustavo. Persona muy amable y conocedor de los circuitos turìsticos y lugares de Mza. Desayuno : Muy malo, en determindado momento faltò: fiambre, pan, cubiertos, plato, jugo, leche y cafè. Al informarle al encargado respondiò que tenìa que hacer cafè lo cual le llevò 25 minutos. Habitaciòn : excepto la noche de ingreso, el resto de los dìas no funcionò la apertura de la puerta de acceso a la misma, por lo cual todo ingreso a la misma debìa realizarse con la compañìa de un empleado del hotel. Aire acondicionado : derramaba agua hacia el interior de la habitaciòn, por lo cual debìamos secar a cada rato el piso. Internet : No funcionò.

Es un apartahotel! Y es como un apartamento, pero muy chulo! La wifi no conectaba bien. El ruido que hace al encender la luz el baño. La leche del desayuno...

La ubicación Me parece que booking no puede darle 4 estrellas a este hotel ya que : 1.- Tuve un sonido de gotera toda la noche 2.- El desayuno es pobre, la fruta fermentada,a ratos no había café, ni facturas que es lo mas conocido de un desayuno argentino, para que hablar de la reposición. 3.- No había WI-FI 4.- El papel higiénico del baño era de lo mas barato . 5.- Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación en un fin de semana. 6.- En recepción no tenían nuestros datos al momento de cobrar.. 7.- Exigí un descuento por los malos ratos y la recepcionista era "franquera", que significa que reemplaza a los empleados oficiales. 8.- Este hotel no cumple con lo que ofrece en su página, por tanto no solo no iré mas (considerando que he estado muchas veces en él), sino que a los que me pregunten les diré que no hagan de un fin de semana agradable un DESAGRADO como lo que vivimos mi esposo y yo. En otras oportunidades usamos Hotel Aconcagua que incluso es mas barato, pero admito el error y exijo explicaciones de este Hotel.

óTima localização, impecável na limpeza e no atendimento. óTimo café da manhã. O valor da reserva no Booking era em dólares e a conversão que fiz não conferiu com a que o hotel cobrou. O hotel cobrou valor a mais do que eu tinha calculado da conversão, mesmo considerando imposto. Ponto negativo que não temos isenção de imposto nos hotéis da Argentna, como é feito no Chile. Fica sugestão para o Booking mostrar na confirmação da reserva o valor que deve ser pago na moeda em que deve ser pago, para não haver desentendimentos.

La comodidad de sus habitaciones El tapiz de los sillones en mal estado (rotos). Los horarios de salida de la habitación y de termino del desayuno enviados por booking e indicados en en la habitación no concuerdan con los señalados en la recepción, que son mas restrictivos.
