The loation is very good just 60 meters from florida street The staff did not make any afort to orgenize for us a continental breakfast at 05:30 in the morning.... other hotel in Buenos aires ddi provide us meal at 05:30 AM Elevator small and goes slowly. it means to you have to orgenise your scheduel consider this problem

Day staff and night staff were great - very helpful. Fantastic location. I arrived at 8.00 pm, tired after long flight and did not get the welcome I would have expected. No offer of help to show me to room or help with luggage. Same guy made me feel a complete nuisance the following night when I asked for advice on restaurants.

I liked the availability of computers in the reception area and the location near Puerto Madero toilet seat was old (disgusting) bed linen had holes and was stained wouldn't stay longer than a night

if the hotel clerk had not point out which airport i was flying out of i would have missed my flight therefore might have missed my expedition trip to the antarctic not only did he mention that he showed me where to get the local bus. he went the extra mile for his customer and i will never forget it. tipped him well. overall, the staff was GREAT, room clean, all amenties, good breakfast.

It's very central and close to a spanish language school - Academia Buenos Aires. Good for City-Sightseeing. Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nahe der Sprachschule Academia Buenos Aires. Sehr gute Lage auch für Stadtbesichtigung. Room with almost no Daylight. Zimmer mit fast keinem Tageslicht (kleiner Innenhof).

Access to Florida Street and Microcentro. It was close enough, but not on the strip. 1. The front desk did not 'go above and beyond', when we asked for assistance in finding a specific activity (golf). They simply provided a phone number which we were not able to dial, even though we were able to dial other numbers in BA. Another staff member made the effort a couple days later and it was too late. 2. The WI-FI was very poor in our room. Many times we had to go down the hall to get connected.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The front desk always answered our questions and helped us plan our adventure. The location was great. There was always a bank, cab stand, etc within a block or two. I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was a delightful experience.

Ambiente. Confort en las habitaciones. Desayuno variado y agradable. Amabilidad del personal de recepción. Los sábados y domingos podrían ser más elásticos en el horario de fin de desayuno. No atribuíble al hotel, mucha gente joven y bulliciosa en los pasillos durante las noches.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os atendentes são bem humorados, tratam muito bem o turista. O café-da-manhã é muito bom. O hotel é antigo mas as acomodações são novas e bem aconchegantes. A cama é bem confortável e os banheiros reformados e limpos. Recomendo muito e voltaria sem dúvidas.

Gracias por solicitar mi opinion ,destaco lo profesional de las personas que trabajan en el hotel,limpieza total atentos ( cabe destacar al sr. matias el apellido no lo se pero muy amablemente nos saco de un gran apuro para cofirmar el vuelonosotros no somos peritos en este sistema aseguro el auto de traslado al aeropuerto pensando que al dia siguiente habia huelga del subte) nuestra opinion es destacar estas personas que debieran darle la oportunidad de recepcionista o un cargo mayor .Nuestra estadia excelente nada que decir solo Gracias desayuno muy bueno el horario ( un poco temprano hasta las 10 y media ) pero todo muy bueno.....atte.matrimonio Pacheco Gonzalez No nada todo excelente

Estivemos no Hotel e achamos de excelente localização. O quarto muito bom, banheiro ótimo e o café da manhã não deixou nada a desejar. Quando retornarmos pretendemos nos hospedar no mesmo hotel.
