I loved the location of the hotel a lot. It is so centrally located to many of the tourist attractions. Shopping is just around the corner. The room was always clean and the hotel itself was clean. Although there was construction during our stay inside the restaurant. The staff were friendly but could have been friendlier. Also because the hallways are not carpeted, if you've been out late the night before you are bound to be awakened by housekeeping doing their chores in the other rooms. |

Very good location. Less noisy than others I have stayed in Buenos Aires. Better breakfast and better check-in/out times When I booked, the TVA was not included in the price list and added in the last step of the reservation |

Staff very attentive. Breakfast hours generous and excellent buffet. Staff converted my room from a twin to a kingsize on my arrival. Convenient to public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. Free internet access working well and good availability. Would have liked a lounge area to relax outside of my room- I was on my own |

The Hotel is very nice, comfortable, free internet, good continental breakfast, bath tube (that helps a lot to relax after a walking day in Buenos Aires), helpful staff and good location: right beside the "Florida Street" (for shopping); one block from "Casa Rosada" and the "Cafe Tortoni" (one of the oldest Cafes of the city), walking distance from Porto Madero (restaurants), about 5 blocks from the San Telmo's Antique Fair and near from 3 subway stations. Depending on the rates you can get (as we did it), it is also a very good value for money hotel! The rooms are quite small, but is forgivable because it is an old building that was updated, so it is difficult tho get more space. |

breakfast was very good, best I had in Argentina, even compared with Hilton... very good quality. the Jacuzzi and roof top terrace as promoted on booking.com were not in use (out of season??) and the business room (computers) was very poor |

Loved the location. The staff was amazing, friendly, spoke English and helpful. Rooms are a bit too small. A/C and heater too loud. |

The bed was confortable and the location is good. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. It does not qualify as a boutique hotel. Nothing especial with the style, design and decor. |

The hotel is conveniently situated in the centre of the city within walking distance of major sights and Florida street. The breakfast is generous and offers a good variety of foods. The showers are great. The day staff at the front desk were not very helpful or polite. They would rather glare onto their PC screens (internet) than bother to greet or assist. However, the night staff were completely the opposite. |

The location was perfect for our stay prior to going on a cruise. Location near Puerto Madero was a bonus. The staff was very friendly. You need to provide facecloths. I happen to travel with some, but would be nice if this was included in the towel assortment. |

The location For the price paid and the structure of the hotel, they should have more friendly and polite personnel. In the breakfast the 3 workers were such impolite and in a bad mode that people were afraid of asking things and the dirty dishes were accumulating in the tables. If you bother yourself with unpolite staff I dont recommend the hotel. |

The location is great. It is close to subway stations, historical buildings, and shopping on Florida Street. The staff were very helpful in advising us about shopping, sightseeing, etc. The breakfast is superb. I would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Buenos Aires. Nothing negative to report! |
