good location, closeto all main attractions
rooms are small poor breakfast
La calefacción del dormitorio estaba mala.
Great location, comfortable room an helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Staff had very little English
Quite near to the centre, easy to go to the calle florida, many restaurants and shops
The door of the room can not be locked, ask for the whole day to fix it
It is a great location and a good value for the money, safe. very friendly staff...
The hotel smells old and you feel kind of mold in the air. The breakfast is very modest and okay for one or two days. But If you stay more than two days, you may be bored of limited food variaty.
Safety of the area
We liked the location but there are nicer parts of town. The staff were nice and friendly and play good music in the lobby at night.
The wifi was slow, and inconsistent at best. Sometimes not worth the trouble. Do not use the hotel's recommended shuttle. They are slow and not much cheaper than a can. Just grab a taxi.
-Badly functioning system for codifying room access cards. Had to go back to reception 5 times before finally getting access to a room. -Strong stench of vomit coming from the bath room. Reception said no access to other room available. -Very noisy street, little difference whether windows open or closed. -Concentrted cold air draft from the airconditioning blowing straight onto one of the beds.
The room was clean and silent. It is located at a central point.
Guidance given by the staff was not very helpful about the touristic activities.
Sebastian (front desk) gave us excellent service calling cabs, checking our tour reservations and directing us to local restaurants. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
One of the wifi routers was dead so our floor didn't have wifi in the room. However, wifi in the lobby was fine
The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of the Plaza de Mayo, the interesting harbor, San Telmo district with the Sunday street market and tango demonstrations, and Florida Avenue pedestrian street filled with shops. The modest hotel was very comfortable, the staff helpful and they served a very nice breakfast each morning. We staid here at the beginning of our Argentina trip and at the end. I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff is polite.
I asked the hotel to arrange ariport pick up service from the hotel but they didn't reply and finally I cheated by a taxi driver. The room is small and there was a problem with aircon. Their price is not good for value and after one night stay, I changed to another nearby hotel with lower price but better facilities and service.
Staff very helpful. Thanks a lot to Sebastian and Hernandez at the reception.
Very poor breakfast
I like the location, it's convenience to the main interesting point. And the stuff is very helpful. The price is reasonable. Wifi is good too.
The breakfast not mulch choices
The hotel was very close to the Action of Florida St, and within walking distance of the waterfront restaurants.
It was also close to a bit close to some seedier areas.
Location Staff Facilities
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to the main plaza and an easy walk to a variety of restaurants. The staff is very friendly.
An airport shuttle was advertised but there isn't one. But that's ok, they called a reliable taxi.
Great location, comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast
Due to the heat there was a problem with the Power, so in the night there was no Airco and it was extremely hot. We planned to move, but the Hotel ensured us that the problem would be solved, but gain we had to spend 1 night in 35 plus. With check out we wanted to discuss a discount for this discomfort but the Managment didnt even wanted to discus. DONT GO THERE !!!!
Location is excellent! Two blocks from the Plaza de Mayo with decent views from the rooftop. Breakfast was nice, they even had eggs!
Don't pick this place for the jacuzzi, it was downright dirty! It's not really a boutique hotel, more a decent, anonimous business hotel. Wifi didn't really work properly (I heard other people from other floors complain at reception as well).
Unfortunately the hotel lost power the night before we arrived due to the high heat in Buenos Aires. The owner booked us in a new hotel and we paid the same price. The staff were excellent, we could not have had a better experience!
Everything except the hotel not having power along with most of Buenos Aires was great.
Nice location, good wifi.
vey central close to every thing
