Wifi had good connection everywhere. Staff spoke both spanish and english. Felt very safe because they lock the front door. Great location

Cleaners start cleaning the corridor at 8am while listening to the radio very loud.

Perfect location a few minutes walk from Plaza de Mayo and from main pedestrian streets. Very friendly staff. We used the hotel as the base for our trips outside ba and always come back.

Sometimes a bit noisy in the early mornings as there is some construction work nearby. Breakfast is always the same, getting boring after a couple of days, room is quite small, but taking into account price and location, it is fine

The facilities were clean and well maintained. Everything you could need is at hand and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included in the cost and was well prepard and very nice. It is centrally located and walking distance to most things I wanted to see

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Close to most places in the central BA. If you want to sleep don't forget to put out the "Don't disturb" sign because they came early for cleaning.

Conveniently located just off 'Florida' and 'Peru' and within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Nothing really. We only stayed one night as we were in 'transit from Mendoza to Mar del Plata so we only really used it for b and B.

That we had twin beds and we had initially requested a queen or king size. Our friends had a much better appointed room.

Liked the location. Breakfast was great. There was a very nice person in the reception who made us possible to check-in earlier after a long flight and keep the room two hours more before leaving. The bell boy was very nice person.

There was another reception guy who said we have to pay half of the day rate of those two aditional hours. He also made very bad mistake when we asked him to reserve us the transportation to the airport, he obviosly forgot the whole thing and we were waiting the transportation and it never came. He did not anything to resolve the situation. Fortynately the nice bell boy got us a taxi (it was not that easy) and we made it just and just on time to the airport, but it was close to miss the flight.

The location is excellent! We got a booking.com smart deal so it was an excellent value for money choice. The staff is very helpful. It is possible to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport at very early hours (and still cheaper than the taxis from the airport to Microcentro) The room had a wonderful and very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast is very good and diverse.

Difficult to get the right water temperature on shower.

The staff were wonderful,very friendly and efficient.Great location,very close to the Casa Rosada,shopping on Florida,and three Subte (metro) stations, and just about within walking distance of San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. The breakfast was very good for South America, including a fabulous fresh fruit salad, and some excellent cakes.

The rooms are a bit on the small side,but that's not too bad if you're out and about a lot. The rooftop jacuzzi did not seem to be in use: it was covered and barely lukewarm.

The location of this hotel was fabulous. Ignore the look of the street on arrival, just round the nearest corner and you are in another world. Cafes bars etc. The room was always well presented and the cleaning staff do a fabulous job. The front of house staff are helpful and accomodating to requests. The breakfasts were well laid out and on the whole represented good value for money. This hotel is a good standard for a medium price getaway.

The two negatives about this hotel from a European perspective are firstly, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which is a killer first thing in the morning or for us it was! Secondly the website states that the rooms were soundproofed. This is definitley not the case, you could hear other tv's toilets and other noises including mysterious clanking and banging through the night.

The localization, near to the mains tourist attractives at BA.

It is not a dislike, but they should practice fair change rates. I was overcharged in US Dollars due to the rates changing Argentinian Pesos to US Dollars.
