The staff (particularly at the front desk) was really, really kind and courteous, solution-oriented, smiley, and made my stay very nice. The hotel is under renovation. New rooms are very clean and well designed, however old rooms seemed not having the same care. I assume this is temporary. |

Receptionists were helpful and gave me good advices about transport and local activities. The room was OK, and cleaning service as well. If one wants to stay in this hotel , don't do it because of the spa. The spa is really not good. Going to a spa, one expects a calm and relaxing atmosphere : during my stay, when i went there, there was a football match showing, with volume set high. Also, the cold water swimming pool is not what one can expect, and the bubble jets working only 15 minutes per hour is not good eather. Scottish showers were not working and walls and floor would need a "refresh". Could not find the Jaccusi that is displayed on the site and flyers. Also, don't forget your earplugs ! |

Excellent Spa facilities. My deluxe room had a fantastic view on the obelisk. The hotel has the perfect location for visiting Buenos Aires. Unfortenately, there was only one internet pc working during my stay. |

personnel was very good the shower stall was very small, difficult to enter and exit, a heavier or less agile person could get stuck or have problems in and out. the area is very noisy. I am not sure if I would recommend it to others. |

The breakfast was good. There was acess to free interent access. We had booked alraedy well in advance a room in non-smoking area but it turned out there were no rooms in this area. The staff member told us that there is only one floor for non-smokers although later we found out there were more floors for non-smokers. The room was really very tiny. |

lovely staff, especially consierge and Guilda at check-in, staff did not offer in-room safe key or warn us about risk of taking subway right outside the hotel, I assumed safe was broken, and was robbed on the subway one minute from the hotel, apparently, according to locals and police, it is particularly dangerous, had I realised the safe was actually functional and been offered the key to it, i would not have had particular items on me... |

The location and the spa facilities (this is free for guests). The rooms are very small (the pictures do not reflect the real size) and the noise coming from the hall to the room, such as people walking and doors shutting. Last but not least, I tried to book a tango show through the front desk and one of the attendants suggested a higher price than really is. |

Plenty of facilities, but these were at extra cost. The rudness of the staff, particularly the concierge. The room was very small with very little daylight. The breakfast was in a very crowded room with long ques and was poorly serviced. |
