Everything apart from the price.
Too expensive for the comfort it offers. Rooms might have been a bit warmer.
The staff and the cleanses....location
The staff don't know anything in English.......air condition
staff is very helpful, the atmosphere is nice, great for meeting other travellers, rooms are a bit old but comfy & clean enough, wifi is ok, the location next the bus station is very convenient, it's a very decent place
we think it's too expensive for what it is, especially after they had the 21% tax, more glasses would be nice in the kitchen, pool was a bit dirty
This hotel had two roads to downtown and bus stations, Reception attendants have always been to help service. They do daily room cleaning service. WIFI can be used in the room.
The pool is very small The bathroom is very small I do not know how to use, if you are not a thin person.
Very nice staff
Breakfast very basic and thought it was a little expensive for what you get
Good location. There aren't a lot of choices in Puerto Iguazú in this price range.
Almost no kitchenware to cook and eat. The fridge was dirty. The staff wasn't helpful. Bed sheets were moist, never dry. The bedroom reeked of chlorine.
Poor WiFi coverage in rooms.
Friendly staf and breakfast was good
Hotel looks a bit outdated.
the patio was ok. nothing special, tho
the staff was definitively unfriendly, not a smile or a chat beyond the check in, it seems you're there to do them a favour, we had a problem they did not fulfill at all!!!
The common area was very nice, the included breakfast is also very good (fresh fruits!). The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom not spotless clean. The wifi worked good. The location is OK - 5-10 minutes to the towncenter and to the bus station. The price was reasonable. Don't come expecting to be a hotel condition though - this is a hostel.
Kitchen is small, the pool is not sized for swimming - good for children.
quiet, peaceful environment
-little bit expensive compare with its value
The toilet was loosing water but at the same time had stickers all over the place promoting to reduce water consumtion. Upon telling staff, they didn't do anything, just told me that it has been like this for a long time and I should not worry!!! Also, room had no black-out curtains and was very noisy!!! The bed was old and uncomfortable...
Localised in puerto iguazu not far from restaurants and bus station. Cheap
Really old and rusty basthroom and a lot of moat on the wall.
The pool area and the breakfast weren't bad at all. The staff were fairly helpful.
The room needed upgrading. The bed was old and the walls were mouldy in parts. We ordered a taxi for 4 am which didn't arrive. Luckily the night guy managed to get us another one though.
Location was very good for all services
Terrible rip-off :( room was already booked by my daughter. She got robbed while travelling. As she ran out of cash, I booked a room again over the internet via credit card and told them about the existing booking. They confirmed my daughter would not have to pay. She reconfirmed upon arrival with hotel staff and they said it is all fine, she does not need to pay. When checking out shortly before departure, they asked to pay for 2 rooms in cash as the credit card for the one booked over the internet did not work. They pretty much forced her to pay in cash for both rooms so they had no choice. Heartless and unacceptable, shame on you!
Friendly staff, helpful with all informations to organize excursion to the falls. Basic rooms but tidy and clean. The small pool is what you need in hot sunny days!
Not so cheap compared to other equivalent places we've been, probably because booked in advance; it might be cheaper if one shows up directly there.
air condition good location friendly and helpful staff price was as agreed
very uncomfortable bed Wifi very unstable very simple hostel simple breakfast do not expect too much noisy at the pool due to a pump running all the time
Very close to the bus station. The staff was very kind in answering questions.
Friendly helpful staff Excellent pool - great to refresh yourself after long day at the falls Clean rooms everyday Good air conditioning
Great staff, close to downtown, fair price. Quite clean and confortable enough for a short stay. ;)
Breakfast (once there's no more toasts, it's done - same for the fruit); kitchen could be a bit better, mainly for the fawcet.
Good value. Not a 5 star hotel, but I had a 5 star experience. The room was clean, staff was nice & helpful. The Residence is just a few blocks from the bus station & multiple restaurants. If I was returning to Iguazu, I would stay here again.
My only real problem with my stay was that because I had booked through booking.com, the residence claimed they were unable to change my reservation. They said that to cancel the last night I had to do so through booking.com. But this could not be done online & would have required an international call... I'm not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a Residencial Noelia issue, but be careful when choosing dates. (I left a day early because I was unable to visit the Brazil side of the falls. Be advised if you are from the States or Australia, you will need a Brazilian visa, & at least right now, this has to be requested at least 2 days in advance. )
