La ubicación es muy buena, la amabilidad del personal es exelente, el desayuno esta muy bien, la seriedad para reservar me gusto mucho, las habitaciones estaban limpias, las ropas blancas eso esta muy bien. Yo implementaria un poco mas de ventilación para el cuarto de baño, esto no quiere decir que este en malas condiciones, tambien podria agregar algun tipo de aire en las habitaciones, para esos dias de calor que nos toco se hace necesario..

Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro. Muy limpio, y el baño era muy cómodo y el agua super caliente... El estacionamiento está a unos cuantos metros de la entrada.

La atención del personal La relación costo-prestación es muy desproporcionada. Es un hotel para viajantes de comercio, que pagan mucho menos que los turístas y tienen mejores habitaciones. No es para nada recomendable para turistas. Las fotos de la página no reflejan la realidad del lugar. El servicio de Wi-Fi casi no funciona en las habitaciones debiendo traladarnos hasta el lobby para poder tener buenas conexiones. Definitivamente.....no lo recomiendo.

El personal no se preocupó por resolver ningún problema. No tuvimos WiFi y el problema no se resolvió. El primer día tuvimos que esperar más de media hora a que llegara alguien a preparar el desayuno y el segundo día tuvimos que ir a tomarlo en otro lado. La calidad general del mobiliario y las instalaciones es apenas la de un hotel de 1 estrella y el tamaño de la habitación es ínfimo. El precio que pagamos fue el mismo que por uno de casi 4 estrellas en Trevelin.
