Staff was very helpfull, good location.
Dirty bed clothing, bad smell in the room, during night noise from the aircon nextdoor-vibrating walls.
the hostest is very kind and give losts of informatin for how to go to Iguacu park
staff was very helpful
was a bit hard to find it first
Great value for money. It was the cheapest hostel in Booking and we had a good sized double room with bathroom which was cleaned everyday (hotel room, hostel price). Breakfast was typical for Argentina (Dulce de leche and bread, coffee, cereals...). The kitchen was ok.
As other reviewers, the 5 dogs hanging around. Although they were nice with the people, the smell was all over the place. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30 but it never did, what is quite annoying considering that everyone has tours/buses for the Iguazu falls organized. The guy in charge of the breakfast was really rude to the guests.
The swimming pool was disgusting! Full of trash. We asked if someone could clean it and nothing happened during the days we stayed. Also, someone tampered my bag whole cleaning our private double room. If I knew, I would pay a little more to stay in better place with a real swimming pool.
Dogs and friendly atmosphere
10 per cent charge for credit card
location was good, close to a supermarket and nice resturants. Room was clean and tidy
Staff as unfriendly, the guy helped but gave the feeling he is doing you a favor and not really like to help you
The employed staff member that we had dealings with was really sweet and nice.. and the pool was great.
The unfriendliness and rudeness was from the owner ( Señor ) whom made us feel very unwelcome from his first grunt and apparent boredom of needing to attend to us…. I always know something is amiss when my 7 yr old notices's Our bathroom smelt like urine and the place smells of the 5 huge dogs they have. I had emailed previous to arriving to ask a gluten and dairy free breakfast.. no response by email, and when i asked if they had received my mail the ( señora ) owner said she had but did not respond because they did not do anything like that. Even with knowing when we physically checked in they could not even organise an apple or egg for us to eat for breakfast the next day ! When we moved the next hotel saw NO PROBLEM what so ever to buy fruit eggs and rice crackers for us hence we ended up staying 3 extra days because they made us feel welcome. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.
Welcoming was rude Staff was not helpfull, you feel that you are annoying them asking a question 4 dogs belonging to the staff are always around and keep barking Pool was not clean Electric cable are in contact with water when you take shower... 2 computer available (when the owner is not using it...) Located 15 min walking from the real downtown I am not difficult but I really do not recommended this place.
Easy 5-10 min walk from bus station, pool, flexible (we arrived at 10 AM and they let us have breakfast, swim and got us the room around 11 AM). All in all this is cheap and easy. Seemed safe (as does the whole town). A/C worked well.
Somewhat gruff in manner. Not that clean, plumbing so-so. Breakfast is basic. Slightly seedy. You get what you pay for (not much). But it's certainly bearable for 2 nights.
Friendly atmosphere Mixed rooms for boys and girls
Bathroom was a bit poor

The smell in bathroom was awfull? The bed cover was dirty, the breakfast very poor , only very hot water in the shower with no other option
The staff was very helpful and it was great value for money. The weather wasn't that good when we were there, but the pool looked lovely and I would certainly have enjoyed it, had the weather permitted it.
There wasn't any hot water most of the time. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem during any other time of the year, but we were there in August and it was rather cold outside. A warm shower would have been nice after a day of hiking the trails of Iguazu National Park!
