Everyone was so nice and so very, very helpful!! Excellent location close to Plaza Serrano, shopping and transportation!! i will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it!

There was nothing i didn't like.

Located in friendly Palmero district so no issues walking around streets. Rooms were furished quite modern, staff very helpfull in allowing you to store luggage and assist with travel plans. Breakfast was more than adequate, showers were hot and WIFI when you had the connection was great. Would stay here again, nice "home feeling" as opposed to hotels and Hostels.

WIFI does not spread to all rooms.

I liked the simple, elegant design of the interior, as well as the cleanliness and great location. What really made me love my stay, however, were the staff. All of them were super friendly, genuine, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds - quite old and shabby could feel the springs. Moisture in the rooms.

I had a very nice room all to myself with good aircon and shared bathroom. Had the yellow room so I advise that when you book you ask for it as was quite big if you are a couple travelling or a solo traveller. The girls at reception were very helpful for tips on Buenos Aires and advice on what to do. Breakfast was good.

I had booked to stay later on with a friend and when I asked about which room we would get and we were going to get a very small room without aircon so I cancelled our booking as it was smaller than the one I had on my own. So a bit of advice is to make sure when you book you ask for room with aircon and check which one you are given as not all rooms are big especially if youare two travelling with lots of luggage. Payment in CASH only make sure you are aware of that. I didnot like the fact that you have to ring everytiem you come in and out and leave the room key at reception.

A quite calm place. People are very friendly, and nice. The design is very beautiful, and the staff very polite.

Good size, quiet, charming, decent breakfast.

We had the suite with a second bedroom and while the main room's large bed (queen?) was quite comfortable the two twin beds in the other room were not so comfortable.

Lovely little guesthouse in a quiet and safe area of Bs As. Was a solo female traveller and felt safe there. Staff helpful and rooms v good for price. Palermo a nice place to stay for chilled bars and cool shops.

El lugar es muy cálido, muy buena atención y la ubicación conveniente para mí en ese momento. En el lugar, todo muy armónico. Comodísimo, luminoso, hermoso.

El desayuno podría mejorarse un poquito, pero correcto.

La suite para 4 personas, muy buena. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El personal muy atento y el desayuno super completo.

Lo unico q hubiese agregado serian 2 sillas en la habitacion como para sentarse o apoyar cosas.

Très mauvaise insonorisation .. Nous avions la chambre la plus proche de la salle du petit déjeuner de ce fait impossible de dormir dés 7h du matin ..

Limpio, pequeño, muy bien ubicado cerca a Palermo Soho, ideal para viajar sin pagar mucho. Los empleados dispuesta y te guían siempre.

Podrían poner un poco de shampoo y jabón para baño y con ello el servicio sería óptimo.

équipement un peu insuffisant dans les chambres, certaines lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas, pas de patères pour les vêtements et serviettes, une douche commune s'évacue mal et n'a pas de ventilation

O atendimento dos recepcionistas é ótimo.

Sinto que este Hotel nem deveria estar em funcionamento. A manutenção do lugar é péssima, tem um buraco no teto aonde tomamos café da manhã. Os colchões são bem velhos, todos tortos, o que me deixaram com dor nas costas. Os quartos não possuem black out, então logo que amanhece a claridade toma conta do ambiênte. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Pude verificar também que usaram o mesmo pano de prato sujo a semana inteira para secar a louça do café da manhã. Resumindo, é um bed & breakfast, que nem a cama nem o café da manhã são bons. E a higiene deixa a desejar.

La habitación tenía humedad y el olor era muchisimo, no nos fuimos porque necesitabamos dormir, pero no lo recomiendo.

Personal muy amable y dispuesto. La ubicación y la limpieza también fueron aspectos positivos.

Los colchones de las camas simples eran muy viejos e incómodos. Les vendría bien una renovación.

O local é silencioso e relativamente próximo do Aeroparque. Chegamos de madrugada e um funcionário rapidamente nos recepcionou. é uma boa opção para quem tem que pegar um avião no dia seguinte no Aeroparque.

Solo dormí una noche, pero suficiente para apreciar la tranquilidad y trato cordial del personal. El desayuno es agradable y la decoración muy bonita en una vieja casona de Palermo.

El personal fue muy amable.

La calidad del colchón, mala. Se sentían los resortes. Por la ubicación de la habitación obligadamente me despertaba apenas alguien pasaba en la mañana a tomar desayuno o cuando alguien conversaba muy fuerte en la recepción.

Quarto espaçoso, localizado em palermo.

Banheiro difícil de tomar banho, cama não muito confortável, café da manhã fraquinho e não aceitam cartões de crédito para pagamentos.

El hotel es cálido y sencillo,estéticamente muy armonioso y limpio. La atención del personal excelente,muy cordiales y serviciales. Muy bueno el sistema de calefacción.recomendable
