Room was pretty big in a good location.

Wifi is expensive and does not work well.

We got late check out with no extra charge English speaking staff Room with balcony

No tea and coffee making facilities, not really 4* but we got an offer for half the price so it was ok

Rooms are reasonably comfortable. Central location, easy to go around the town (even if that's not the nicest place in town). Breakfast was good (Paid breakfast, mind you)

Wifi not free in the hotel, and very expensive. Breakfast also not included in standard rates, so take care because it can cost the same as the room rates. Rochester M and Rochester Classic seem to be the same hotel, even with different room rates advertised. In this matter I believe the hotel could be more transparent with his offers, as they can be misleading. Bath tub smelled bad, and there was mold in the bathroom window. The bathtub handle also was leaking water. The AC was really old and noisy. Maintenance doesn't seem to be one the best in this hotel.

Modern, stylish, cozy, clean. Located in the center, right next to Florida and Corrientes and near the Obelisk. Superb breakfast. Incredible value for money.

Upon check-out they told me they had charged the credit card upon check-in (without telling me)! Staff is professional but could be friendlier.

Room I stayed, eventhough it was renovated, bath really small, difficult to shower and to do your needs. Room eventhough was in design style steel keeps the old things from the old hotel. I stayed in 8 floor and no sounds from outside, this was good, but room is not comfy, eventhough it was for 4 people. Hotel does not have any restaurant so far and no room service with food.nearby you will have a small shop where you can buy water for your fridge. Zone is really not so nice, feels like staying in gothem city at night all dark and heavy!!!

Terrible Staff and Hotel. I booked a Luxury Room and, when i first arrived there, the recepcionist put me on a standart room. He discussed with me and even told me that booking.com put wrong/false pictures of the room. One day before leaving, i payed all my expenses at the hotel, such as breakfast. The day i checked out, they charged me again and insisted that i should pay AGAIN. After all of this, and after i proved that i have already payed everything, they charged me 6 pesos because dollar price was increased. Well, they want money and you should open your eyes

In fact I booked this hotel for a client who was very pleased with the choice, but one week before there was no room available and I booked at the rochester concept!!! He had to change the date because of problems with his flight and I tried to change the reservation for a previous day. All I got from the Hotel was a new rate which was instead of USdollars 85, Us dollars 999. yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not crazy, they said that that was the rate for the previous day. I checked all 5 best hotels in Buenos Aires, like Alvear Palace Hotel, Palacio Duhau, 4 Seasons, Plaza Hotel and none of them not even reached 600 Usdollars a night. That was not only strange but awkward, so they leave me no choice than to pay no show! I will never book Rochester Concept again, a 3 star pretentious hotel which believes they are more than they are!!!

Es un hotel apto para viajes de placer y de negocios, Mucha vocacion a la atencion del cliente, me informaron sobre las instalaciones y me dieron recomendaciones tambien. el hotel hermoso.

Es un hotel completo, desayuno continental, habitacion amplia con baño competo para el aseo personal. Ubicación privilegiada

Es un hotel muy prolijo, la habitación impecable, sabanas y almohadas muy confortables y de exelente calidad!!!. Lo recomiendo.

Várias coisas: não me deram o quarto que realmente reservei. Era um quarto de 32m² e me deram um de 20m² dizendo que se tratava de um "upgrade". Sei que fui enganada porque já estive hospedada neste hotel. Só concoredei em ficar porque já era tarde na noite e ficaria por mais uma noite apenas. O banheiro é horrível: minúsculo, o espaço para o chuveiro é de 1m², mal dá para levantar os braços e lavar o cabelo!!! Além do mais, não existe parede é tudo de vido com cortinas e não te dá privacidade nenhuma ao utilizar o bannheiro... Lamentáve!!!! Não volto nem recomendo!!!!

Realmente no tengo quejas sobre el hotel. Hay pequeños detalles de mantenimiento paro casi imperceptibles. recomendable el hotel y muy conforme con el desayuno

Fuimos con mi esposa de turismo a Buenos Aires y nos gustó mucho la ubicación, relación calidad/precio y la atención del personal. Esperamos continuen siempre asi; y como primera vez nos quedamos con el Rochester M!!!

Incluir en el paquete de la estadia, el desayuno (Si desean, pueden variar el costo). Que dice la experiencia?.

Me gusto el hotel, la relacion costo-beneficio es muy conveniente. habitaciones modernas y amplias. Servicio serio.

do atendimento na recepçao e do restaurante ( servindo no quarto) Esperamos mais de 1 hora para entregarem um pequeno ( muito pequeno) balde de gelo no apto ( cobrado 4 vezes)
