Very Nice hotel. Rooms are very big and the view is good on the city center. Staff is very helpfull and helped us a lot by giving tips wat to see and wat not to see en where to buu tickets to traveller further. Top hotel!! Very good breakfast

Thats the place to stay when you are in Buenos Aires! Great Hotel, very comfy and spacefull room, nice breakfast and helpfull staff. My husband and I loved it!!

Beautiful building Impressive room design Very good breakfast (keeping in mind it's Argentina) Friendly personnel Pleasant shower supplies (soap and bathgel with pleasant smell) Very clean bed linens Spacious rooms with very high ceilings A lot of different lamps/lights in the room - so you can control the brightness in many ways.

Needs renovation - dirt on coach, broken holders, broken wooden parts behind the bed. You can see the rooms are very used. A small renovation would make this hotel wonderful city hotel. Considering the price it is still a very nice option to stay.

The room was very spacious and the decoration was really nice. Very good breakfast, and the staff was super nice.

The room wasn't very clean, specially the carpet, there were several stains and footprints. The internet connection was down or working very slowly on the rooms, so you had to go down to the lobby. The fixed that the last day we were there.

The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The decor was interesting. The space was enormous. Breakfasts were very nice for a quick bite before hitting the city and included a nice variety of fruit.

Considering it was Buenos Aires, the morning coffee wasn't very good. The neighborhood was not very good and did not feel very safe after dark.

Great size rooms/apartment. Interesting and unusual design. A very comfortable place to stay and relax.

It would be great to have tea/ coffee in the room, but that is normal outside the Uk.

Booked the two story loft and its extremely spacios with kitchen facilities (kitchen ware, microwave; sink and minibar) a dining table living room and big flat screen tv. They even had a guide to argentina on the coffee table. They help you book tango shows tickets and the staff spoke very good english and answer every question you may have. And they offer airport shuttle service.

Good location. A historical building but modern decoration. Very good loft room. Front desk people very warm heart and helpful about travel and entertainment advice.

Lobby is dark at night. Feel a little scary.

It is centrally located, clean and comfortable. The rooms are excellent! Very good value for the money paid. Staying here is like living at home, rather than staying at a hotel.

Our air conditioning broke and it took four days to have it repaired. The hotel was full so we couldn't be moved and no discount was offered upon check out.

Very nice design of the room, a lot of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, location was very convenient. Very good breakfast.

Our room had no view and was a little bit dark.

This hotel will always have special place in our hearts :) Perfection- great friendly and very helpful staff- always smiling and providing with useful information, making sure we don't miss any of the interesting things in the city. The modern designed rooms are big, comfortable, clean and very cool! Great breakfast! Good Location! Someday we'll be back!

Amazing. stayed here for 6 nights, and I will definitely come back here in the future and I will tell all my friends and family about this trendy hotel! stayed in a deluxe suite (cheapest room) and MAN, loved how it was a two-level apartment type room, everything is so modern, even the hallways walking towards your rooms, LOVED my stay here. Fast internet, good variety for breakfast, and the staff are the friendliest we've encountered on our 2 month South America trip. Definitely recommend it, ignore all the rude comments, and seriously do yourselves a favour. great work team Room Mate Carlos!

All the staff are very customer oriented and friendly. The rooms are very fantastic. Maybe the location is not the best in Buenos Aires, but still great.

The hotel is on the main avenue of Buenos Aires (Avenida 9 de Julio). This makes the rooms on avenue side a little bit noisy, especially during the rush hours.

Interresting hotel with loft designed rooms and industrial architecture inside. Good location, free Internet, very friendly and helpful staff.

Not much to do in ba except excellent Argentin food and the cemetery but that has nothing to do with this hotel ;)

The metal grate stairs up to the loft are a little hard on bare feet. but a small thing.

Lo staff alla reception era molto gentile in particolare Diana, una ragazza molto simpatica e divertente che dava buoni consigli su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare! La stanza molto molto carina, a due piani. Molto curato a livello di design.

Il bagno un po' troppo piccolo e poco curato. La colazione assolutamente basilare, brutta anche la sala senza nessuna finestra.

Staff were great helped out when asked etc. great location for shops and eating out.

Bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover.
