Der Empfang an der Rezeption war unprofessionell und abweisend. Die Klima-Anlage funktionierte nicht, wurde auch nicht repariert, jedoch ein Heizstrahler geliefert. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Das Haus als Ganzes scheint zu sehr ausgebucht und "verwöhnt" zu sein. Der Selbstanspruch (Vier Sterne) steht in umgekehrten Verhältnis zur Leistung.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist schon etwas älter, aber in recht gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr gut, dierkt gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle für den Bus zu den argentinischen Wasserfällen.

Der Hotelempfang war sehr freundlich wie auch das Personal im allgemeinen. Die Master DZ sind sehr gross und das Abendessen im Restaurant war von guter Qualität bei gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Pool-Landschaft macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Insgesamt ein klares "Gut" für dieses Hotel, da auch die Lage in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs (zu den Wasserfällen für AR$ 5) überzeugt. Die Lärmerzeugung durch die Busse ist absolut kein Problem.

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The grounds were impeccable, and the buffet dinner was so good, I had trouble walking back to my room! The room staff refreshed my room after my first of two nights, even folding my pyjama bottoms neatly after tying the drawstring in a nice bow. Little touches like that makes a hotel just that much better. Great location, opposite the bus staion for local and international trips. Everything you need, room service, massage, restaurant, bar, Internet, games room, swimming pool, sauna, gym - all in a fantastic hotel!

It is a poor to fair quality hotel in a tacky tourist town. what's to like?

Comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets!

The hotel was perfectly adequate and in a useful location for a trip by public transport to the Iguacu Falls and access to restaurants and cafes. It is a bit tired but given the popularity of the destination value for money.

Excellent location for bus terminal and restaurants.

The receptionists were really nice, the pool was excellent with great cocktails, the room was quiet and the beds comfortable.

The breakfast:lots of food but it seems they prefer quantity to quality coz nothing was tasty (and my husband and I are not very choosy). The room was a bit dark, more lightning would make him look better and better for reading.

The hotel is in a nice position, practically opposite the bus station in Puerto Iguazu, has easy access to the falls (20 mins by bus) and the town of Puerto Iguazu itself is laid back and calm. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are reasonable size, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool

The location is perfect, near the bus station, the staff was very helpful spoke good english. breakfast was OK too,

Old hotel, need to be renovated does not represent a 4 star hotel

It was in a good location in relation to access to the city, in particular bus services, with the bus station right beside the hotel.The breakfast was very good and the staff at reception were helpful and polite.It had a superb garden and swimming pool available to guests.

The hotel was not four star standard by any stretch of the imagination. It was not even a good three star! The rooms were old and delapidated and in very bad need of updating.The bathroom had obviously been repaired many times and not very well at that. The hair dryer was wired into the back of a plug in the bathroom which was generally indicative of the poor standards in the room in general. The air conditioning was noisy and could not be adjusted. We booked a triple room on the net but on arrival were given a double without any explanation.
