Mycket trevlig personal. Bra läge. Bra frukost, behövs flera brödröst vid frukosten kanske. Gick inte att reglera (Justera) luftkonditioneringen. |

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The grounds were impeccable, and the buffet dinner was so good, I had trouble walking back to my room! The room staff refreshed my room after my first of two nights, even folding my pyjama bottoms neatly after tying the drawstring in a nice bow. Little touches like that makes a hotel just that much better. Great location, opposite the bus staion for local and international trips. Everything you need, room service, massage, restaurant, bar, Internet, games room, swimming pool, sauna, gym - all in a fantastic hotel! |

The location was great, right opposite bus station and taxi stand. It was also an easy walk into town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. |

The breakfast buffet that was included was nice, not great, but good. Families would like the pool outside, I found it a bit dirty - especially the cloudy and murky water in the jacuzzi. Large and comfortable lobby. Great location, right across the street from the bus station - where you can catch a cheap and direct bus to the Iguazu Falls. Perfect spot located near good dining options. I thought the desk staff were not friendly or helpful and lacked knowledge about the area (where to exchange money, for example). They had a negative effect on my stay. |

The building was some what modren, decent ameneties, There were too many bugs ( ants and bees) in our room , the staff didin't seem to understand that i am allergic to bees. I speak spanish. |

The hotel was perfectly adequate and in a useful location for a trip by public transport to the Iguacu Falls and access to restaurants and cafes. It is a bit tired but given the popularity of the destination value for money. |

Some staff were very friendly and helpful. The location, in the centre of town, was good. This hotel is overpriced for the facilities it offers. The room was furnished in a very basic way and many things did not work. The taps, for example, came off in one´s hand, and it proved impossible to get the bidet taps to work, without drenching the room. Some staff were rather aggressive about repeating how strictly they wished out to checkout precisely by 10 am, to the extent of pushing the bill under our door on the morning of departure and warning us about severe charges if we did not observe this time. Ironic, since we arrived at 12.30 and our room was not ready for us. Some of the reception staff could do with a biref spell in charm school. |

We absolutely loved it!. Perfect location - right across the strett from the bus station - vey easy to get to the waterfals. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, great pool, nice garden. Great channels on TV :) Hard to tell - when you get up early in the morning and spend all your day at the waterfalls, you come back tired, fall on the bed and go to sleep :) No time to notice the bad things :) |

The receptionists were really nice, the pool was excellent with great cocktails, the room was quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast:lots of food but it seems they prefer quantity to quality coz nothing was tasty (and my husband and I are not very choosy). The room was a bit dark, more lightning would make him look better and better for reading. |

The hotel is in a nice position, practically opposite the bus station in Puerto Iguazu, has easy access to the falls (20 mins by bus) and the town of Puerto Iguazu itself is laid back and calm. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are reasonable size, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool |

It was in a good location in relation to access to the city, in particular bus services, with the bus station right beside the hotel.The breakfast was very good and the staff at reception were helpful and polite.It had a superb garden and swimming pool available to guests. The hotel was not four star standard by any stretch of the imagination. It was not even a good three star! The rooms were old and delapidated and in very bad need of updating.The bathroom had obviously been repaired many times and not very well at that. The hair dryer was wired into the back of a plug in the bathroom which was generally indicative of the poor standards in the room in general. The air conditioning was noisy and could not be adjusted. We booked a triple room on the net but on arrival were given a double without any explanation. |

Cmfortable hotel convenient to the center of Puerto Iguazu. Easy to catch the bus to the Falls as the bus station is across the street. Nice pool and loung area. Breakfast was plentiful and great. |
