The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating. Upgraded our room for free without asking.

Do not hesitate - book it now. Our only regret is that we couldn't get a second night! Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. Our luggage was stored while we visited the falls. Staff were professional but very friendly. Pool area fitted with jacuzzi and poolside bar - great place to lounge in the afternoon. Highly recommended - Restaurant was great value for money, food and staff excellent.

Excellent pleasant staff very helpful . Very large v clean rooms and bathrooms Nice to have a restaurant in hotel breakfast had wide choice with charming welcoming staff. Buffet was good value but nice to have other options if desired Again food well cooked and served by very pleasant waiters and waitresses. Rooms had good air conditioning and very comfy beds.

Possibly restaurant could be made a little more entertaining with some atmospheric live music of a local tradition. This was going down very well at nearby restaurants perhaps there's was a little too loud but something subtle such as a traditional guitarist Music tended to be very dated 70s pop piped in that was not traditional to Argentina

The pool area, the garden and the breakfast buffet are excellent.

They are currently building a new appartment block next to the garden. Personally it didnt bother me too much but might be annoying if you like to sleep long hours and have your room close to the construction site.

The coffee at breakfast was absolutely revolting. The bread was dry. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable.

Nothing, it is a 2 star hotel. I did not receive a standard room. They ran out of standard rooms because they overbooked, and gave me a room designed for hostels, 3 small bed in it.

Good location for a great restaurant across the road called Aqva. Also close to the bus stop that takes 30 mins to get to the falls.

Unfortunately it is a hotel that cares more about money than providing hospitality. Booking.com make my booking in USD, which the hotel converted in ARS (after adding the 21% tax) using a non-competitive rate. We asked reception for a taxi, they called their friend 'Carlito', who charged us ARS150 instead of the usual ARS100 to go to the Brazil side. I asked reception if they could call Buenos Aires to discuss some lost luggage with my airline, but they said they would have to charge it to my room.

The staff were very helpful. We dined there and the food was great as was the breakfast. After checking out we were welcomed to come back to the hotel later in the day to use their amenities (swimming pool, bar, showering) before leaving for the airport

Street noise at night. (The road is cobbled so vehicles make more road noise than they would on asphalt) Beds were a bit hard and no internet in the rooms.

Perfect location. Restaurants around. Bus stop across the street to Iguazu Falls , no need to take expensive taxi.
