Nice location in San Telmo neighborhood, near interesting bars, restaurants and coffee places, walking distance from Avenue "9 de Julho", the metro, Casa Rosada and the chic Puerto Madero. The famous San Telmo fair that happens every sunday is basically across the street.
The rooms are spacious, with a cosy and charming atmosphere; the same can be said from the hotel as a whole, and interestingly refurbished old building.
Good breakfast, with wonderful "medialunas" (croissants) and "dulce de leche". They serve good filter coffee, and you can have a nespresso if you pay an extra charge.
We have a wonderful experience, but surprisingly the hotel did not give a good impression in two of the most basic aspects: towels and toilet paper.
Towers were not replaced, but just removed from the room when wet, until the fourth day, when there was none left and they finally give us new towels. For a hotel of this level, I would expect towels to be replaced everyday, or whenever visibly wet.
Also, they did not provide additional rolls of toilet paper: in the last day, we realize we just had a little amount of paper in one of the two bathrooms! Again, this is something we should not need to ask for.
These where the only problems I saw in the hotel, and they could be very easily solved by the room maintenance service.
