Hotel Scala by Cambremon (坎布拉摩恩斯卡拉酒店)    

Very clean and modern with good breakfast. Prices very good.

TV choices were abysmal. Maybe 600 metres too far in wrong direction.

Scala was a wonderful place to stay, the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating to our poorly-spoken Spanish. The price through booking.com was unbelievably inexpensive for the high caliber and lovely accommodations we had. We used Scala in Buenos Aires as a jumping point between the cities we travelled and so stayed there on 3 different occasions within a 2 1/2 week period, and each time it was like coming home. The rooms were clean and had every amenity you could want. We highly recommend booking through booking.com at Scala.

Cleanliness, price, hospitality, and the hotel restaurant serves great food.

The wi-fi went out almost an entire day on our floor but the staff offered to switch us to another floor. Virtually every restaurant or public place had it, so we declined. We had no real complaints our entire stay.

Efficient staff, clean, well-ubicated, it's a very good choice and also a good value for the price I payed.

Maybe only the breakfast, although very complete, was a little bit too expensive.

The hotel appears new. The room and bathroom were of nice size and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent value.

Service desk has a bit to go but were accomondating. WiFi could be better. Restaurant needs improvement.

Staff were helpful. Wife was poorly, they sorted a medico who was on site in 45mins.

Wouldn`t normally eat in any hotel we stay in. However due to wifes treatment, Had a chop suey in the restaurant. Service was excellent Chop suey like none I had eaten before. So unlike a chop suey it made us laugh.

Price and Rooms

A bit far from Parlermo bars and Puerto Madeiro, no walking around or restaurantes nearby...

Nice and clean. Good matress. New rooms. Good location. Good price for money exchange. Vary fair for the price.

The cable tv doesn't work all weekend. The internet barely work. The parking should be free for the guests.

We stayed in the hotel 2 days in the beginig of our trip and 3 days at the end. The hotel was rebuild (It looks new ) big rooms with all the facilities one needs while he comes to tour the city. The location was in the center, close to under ground the staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Our air con didn't work when we arrived so moved to a different room, bigger & better view. We got a very good price. We were near the elevators but had no issue with noise from people or elevators.

It took nearly 3hrs to relocate to a new room which was annoying because we had to wait around. Don't assume breakfast is included in your price like most hotels in BA

1) Maids leave internal communication radio on at maximum volume , docked at the cleaning-material carts , many times generating loud microphony, and whole hotel intercom service voice sounds can be heard. If you are at a Leisure trip and want to wake up after 09:00 am and the cart is parked at you door, be prepared to wake up with very very unpleasant sounds. I had to open the door twice to ask the noise to be stopped. 2) Internet service doesn´t keep up with demand and service goes up and down and when it is up it is very poor speed. I noticed some improvement when hotel was not so full. Hence, it appears the internet service has poor telco speed connection contracted to the telco, and additionally has bad internal wi-fi coverage with strong wi-fi signal oscillation, among the different hot-spots ( just one per floor). If you really need internet connection , book someplace else . 3) Hotel rooms - water sink pours water out of its boundaries under normal utilization , and you have to keep cleaning the sink plateau every now and then , if you don´t want the floor to be wet by the water sliding down from the sink plateau. - bathtub does not have a door , but a non sliding glass . Bath water bounces off to the ground under normal shower utilization , and wets the floor cloth . If you step out of the bath tube and step in the wet floor it is very slippery , If you step in the wet floor-cloth , it is uncomfortable. Both situations are dangerous , specially for seniors citizens. In addition , bathtub cannot really be used for a relaxing bath because the water drain is too low positioned , so after the bathtub is full, the water starts to drain until it gets to a water level unsuitable for a relaxed bath . Hence the bathtub does not work as a bathtub and is dangerous as a shower , although the shower water is strong and consistently hot . 4) Front rooms to Avenida 9 de Julio are noisy, even if you consider the excelent noise isolation of the windows .

Stube station (metro) independencia at 50 meters from the hotel. Near market San Telmo. Many good restaurants arouns it. Room very clean. Breakfast good with fruits and pastries.

the cleaner left my suite door open all day but luckilly no one entered room, other than that great hotel.

It is a charm and confortable hotel with a huge room and bathroom.

It is not near from the main attractions and restaurants. Almost everything should be done by taxi.

Room size is excellent

Gym is still not ready

It was a very nice stay at the hotel, hotel staff was incredible nice, eager to help us always. The hotel is very nice, food and service excellent, rooms very clean and big, bathroom so comfortable. I liked the hotel very much. If I had to come to Buenos Aires again I have no doubt I will stay at the same hotel again.

There is only one subject I would like to address, and is the centralized air conditioning/heater system with no individual controls for temperature adjustment, and not considering that some guests like myself may like cooler rooms than others. My request was declined for technical reasons, but the hotel staff was kind enough to provide us with a courtesy fan.

It is a very nice hotel, however it is very new and they are still working on the structure of it. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I really loved the hotel (and I consider myself very picky, specially overseas).

O hotel é muito bem organizado, as instalações são novas, o quarto é super confortável e amplo e a cama é excelente! Além disso, está localizado na Av. 9 de Julho, próximo a ótimos restaurantes.

O sistema de ar-condicionado central não estava funcionando e a explicação que nos deram é de que havia sido desligado pois a temperatura externa não justificava o uso de ar-condicionado. De fato, a temperatura estava bastante agradável. Mas, dormir com as janelas abertas incomodou pelo barulho da rua e pelo sol de manhã.
