Serena Hotel Buenos Aires    

Wonderful hotel. One of the top 3 on my list. Nice location in a safe area. Large spacy room ( I was upgraded). Good breakfast selection. Eggs made on . Everything you really need from a hotel without any unnecessary tingle-tangle.

Maybe a little bit to far from the subway.

Excellent location in a safe neighbor hood, we walked back from dinner around midnight most nights. Great walking distance to all Recolleta & surrounding attractions. Helpful & knowledgeable staff. 5 star breakfast

Excellent location, excellent breakfasts (meats breads, fruits were of high quality), also eggs made to order. Comfortable rooms-very modern.

The carpet in our room was a light beige and showed a lot of dirt spots. We could not receive CNN in English nor BBC channels. Apparently reception for those channels is only on the two top stories.

The pool was lovely. The food was also very nice. Rooms were nice but noisy.

The staff were extremely rude and very unwelcoming. It might just be the city way but it was very off putting. I would not recommend people to stay here if they want friendly service.

Quite and provate, very helpful staff who offere good advice re restaurants...etc and arrange bookings. Super tasetful modern interiors very simple and chic with spacious comfortable rooms. Good shower. Lovely breakfast area and bar open to a lovely courtyard. We highly recommend the hotel. Location excellent.

A little pricey, but in general worth it and an excellent choice if one does not like large chain hotels. Breakfast good choice but minor item missing, Honey!

Great Atmosphere - My new go-to hotel in Buenos Aires

The Serena Hotel ticks all of the boxes for a city hotel. Excellent location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping (a small exclusive mall a short walk away). Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast. We highly recommend this modern, small hotel.

The entire staff was very professional and the hotel was very well located

The sheets are to die for! Just heavenly. The staff was very friendly. The pool/spa area a was great way to relax. Much more than we were expecting.

A slight mildew smell in the bathroom. The grout in the pool needed some attention.

Staff and facilities.

Room was roomy bed was comfortable spa was wonderful location is perfect! Very safe neighborhood for walking around, lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient to bus line to go touring the city. Within walking distance of most of the highlights (I walk a lot, most within 2 miles, Puerto Madero is only 3.5 miles away). Breakfast included, and you could ask for cooked foods as well, not just the stuff put out on the breakfast bar. Half the price of the Caesar Park, and much quieter, less stressful, and right around the corner!

--Masseuse was not very good --pillows were too soft and were not varied-- they were all the same

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent location and so close to restaurants and shops. The Bullrich Shopping Mall is only a few minutes walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable and overall feel of the hotel was very relaxing. The staff were always professional and helpful and had good English. Breakfast on all four morning that we were there was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent rooms, top bathrooms, v comfortable beds, and altogether a very sophisticated tranquil ambience. Breakfast buffet good, and the staff member there extremely nice and helpful

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Possible to have rated excellent with a few exceptions.

Staff is a little aloof. They wait to see what you want and do not ask to help. The room we had faced the street and car noise was there. Also there was a loud argument in the hotel or next door for almost 2 hours after midnight. The hotel staff said they could not hear it. They must not have tried very hard.

The team at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The decor was extremely classy and tastefully done, the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was magnificent, the location perfect for catching a quick taxi to anywhere and walk for upmarket shopping in Av Alvear. Overall a spectacular hotel, a must for any traveller, leisure or business.
