I did not find any Yes. Only one staff member in 3 days was speaking English. The rooms are old, the furniture un-confortable. On the first day (a week ago) I have requested assistance with safety box in the room, it is sitll pending. The price 58 USD is OK, but the 4-star rating of the hotel is simply a joke. |

Staff was friendly, no major issues during stay. On the top floor (10th) the Internet did not work. The television was small, old, and got horrible reception. |

Great location in the heart of the city and not noisy. Staff were particularly helpful when it came to airport transfers and with a last minute tour booking. Rooms were very clean & there were 2 computers in lobby with free internet access. We stayed there 3 times and arrived at all odd hours and were always given good service. |

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Good option to book the dinner bed and breakfast package. Location is great for shopping! Rooms are very small. Some staff members only speak Spanish. Breakfast is great for a sweet tooth but gets boring after a few days. |

This hotel was well situated and the front desk was really helpful for booking excursions and transportation. We also appreciated that our room was ready really early and we didn't have to wait until late afternoon. |

La atencion de su personal , su ubicación y sus instalaciones con la salvedad de que para un 4 estrellas le faltaria un spa y picina, pero igual nos gusto el hotel. |

Nothing! We stayed one night and cancelled the rest of our stay! The reasons were given to the hotel staff who accepted them. Although an option was given to change rooms it was not accepted. A grimy room! Linen old washed out and stained. Doors broken, Worn out mattress. Hotel website creates false impression! |

The staff was wonderful and very helpful through out our stay. They even let us store our baggage there for a night so we didn't have to haul it all the way to Iguazu. The daily breakfast was always fresh and wonderful as well. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it. The TV did not work. |

Hotel Sheltown is a excelent hotel, due cost/benefit: is localizated one block from Florida Street, near Puerto Madero (where are a lot of good restaurants), in front of Plaza San Martin. More, there are transfers to Ezeiza airport. The breakfast is good, with cheese, fruits, coffe, cakes and included. |

Staff were all very kind and friendly. They were all willing to help. There was always someone who speaks English, that was a great help too. At times, it was noisy. |

Excellent location, good value for money and the fact that the receptionist exchange our room with no problems when we request a room that would not face the main entrance. |

The hotel isquite simple, no luxury at all. It is good for a short stay, mainly for a business trip. Facilities are quite old and housekeeping is not a "premium service". But the hotel staff is very kind and the food is good. The rooms are quite old and need some renovation. I had to ask to change of room twice. But price is reasonable. |
