The Bar Service and Quality needs to improve. Not adequate at peeak times.

The pool area, even if crowded I found always space, the gym very good, the lobby areas, the late housekeeping service

The inroom wifi not so good in all areas of the room, a late procedure for check in

Don´t have medicine and first aids, dirty water from the shower for a long time, abusively expensive wifi internet, should be free, bad breakfast, scrambled eggs with shell, bad services by being a sheraton hotel, different from other countries.

Great service and friendliness of staff. Concierge staff was great and very helpful. Happy to have moved back to the hotel after a very unhappy experience at another hotel. Felt right at home when coming back after meetings

Not enough English channels on the TV

Very nice and efficient staff, and the hotel is located away from the louder, busier parts of the city, yet has easy access to them (Recoleta, the port-area restaurants, etc.)

The food options in the hotel were not excellent: One restaurant had been close (their best), and their Italian restaurant was more like a cafeteria-look in appearance (with just average food). In short, I felt I had to leave for my meals....not great on a rainy night.

I liked the size of my room with its most fantastic view. The staff, particualry the porters were outstanding.

The breakfast offering was sub-standard. Expected more from a Sheraton Hotel.

The rooms and beds are amazing. Extremely confortable.

No free wifi or at least included in the room rate. Is not good having to pay per hour or day for a wifi conection. It should be part of a bundled service.

.Sheraton buenos aires is refurbishing the apartments on some floors above mine, so, from 9 am to 5:30 pm there was a lot of dust on the apartment, specially on the bathtub, and a loud noise, they should aware customers before the reservation.

The bedroom was nice and the lobby very nice. It was a good location.

I did not like that they would charge me for Wi-Fi in my room. The street was very noisy at night and I did not sleep well even WITH ear plugs!

Cuidado para quem gosta de tomar café da manhã tarde: o serviço fica meio caótico. Não deixará de comer, mas precisará paciência com falta de pratos, copos, etc.

La atención del personal. La vista de las habitaciones que dan hacia el río. La confitería o salón de te del piso 22.

La o las habitaciones -me refiero a las clasics donde nos alojamos- denotan cierto descuido o las huellas del paso del tiempo, sin que se haya tomado cuenta ello. Por ej. La bañera de la 1508 tenía un agujero y la puerta de la 1539 esta desencuadrada, pese a que cierra correctamente. En su interior son confortables. Ligeras incomodidades para salir de la cochera con el auto cuando su estadía se paga por jornada completa. En tal caso no se explica que no arbitren un sistema mejor (por caso una tarjeta) al actualmente existente que obliga a retirar el ticket cada vez que se ingresa y a revalidarlo cada vez que se egresa.

Um bom quarto e uma boa cama.

O café no 22 andar não é digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. Para um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas fica devendo um bom restaurante. Realmente muito fraco. Não voltarei...

Localização. Conforto. Acomodação.

Café da manhã, deveria ter mais opções. Internet Wirelles deveria ser grátis, inclusive nos quartos.

O atendimento no Sheraton foi excelente, funcionários atenciosos e não temos nenhum aspecto a ponderar.

Em princípio não tenho nenhum aspecto durante a estadia no hotel que tenha me desagradaDO

L hotel dans son ensemble , situation bien , le lounge du club ,

Le personel pas competent , les taxis devant l hotel prefere les endroits qui les arange , le service de voiture de l hotel nul , na pas de voiture , on ce demande pourquoi il est la , pas de restaurant a l hotel , un seul ouvert ce disant italien ,mais tres tres mauvais sans aucun choix , le petit dejeuner servie dans cette endroit et pire qu une cantine .

Poca presión de agua en duchas de baño Mala atención de personas que atienden el banco.

Estuvimos en una habitación Club por seis noches, el servicio es excelente, están en todos los detalles. Las instalaciones de primera, el gimnasio, las piscinas, todo para recomendar. El desayuno en el piso 22 muy bueno y completo, con personal muy atento, al igual que el servicio de snack por la tarde. Definitivamente para volver y recomendar.
