The room is poor compared with the common areas
The staff, the place, the overall comfort level of the hotel.
Not very central but very close to cruise terminal which suited us. Also handy for one of the many Hop-on, Hop-off bus stops.
Todo me encanto en especial Diego at the bar he always did the extra mile with everybody
Nothing. I am an ex Lima Sheraton
All of the stay was not someone expects from a 5 star hotel. The moment I arrived they told me that the bed type l chose was not available. Even with my insistent to get it. They said they will switch the room the next day but they never did. Then thier resturant was closed on a sunday. Then on another day I want to the resturant of the hotel .. which is not for sheraton but for the park hotel that is adjasunt(they didnt have thier pwn resturant). The meal was horrible... They broight to me white fish instead of salmon... Even though I asked for salmon.. Then they kept thier position that it was salmon.. Which I am 1000% sure it was a normal white fish...After finishing the meal I asked them can you bill it to my room they said yes... Then after I left and arrived to my room they call me from the resturant and ask me to go back... To pay in cash because they have some problem.. They said no you have to come.. I told them it is late..I Will show up tomorrow because I am tired now... But they insist on me coming back.. As they need to close the register for the night... So all the experince was the worst for me in any hotel ever... The hotel staff didnt even make any efforts to make a comfortable stay there.. Not to mention that they disturb you many times even if you have dont disturb sign... It was just horrible... And I will never use sheraton hotel ever again...
Central location, room on the 15 floor and view on the docks, proximity to the Convention center, good facilities for business purposes.
Performance of services (rather slow), Internet connectivity in the room (usually an expensive extra), lobby is full of people (customers) but bar closes shortly after midnight ... It's not the Sheraton I was used to! And not worth the price.
The location was perfect and the hotel was accommodating when it came to my late check out request
The unhelpfullness of the conceirge. I was a single traveller arriving late at night and they saw me struggling with my luggage, but nobody came closer to assist. For some reason I was also put into a smoking room and although they did move me to another room when I asked, I wasn't asked if I needed assistance. The service really was shocking. I've received far better service from 3 star hotels
