All employees very professional and friendly.

Hotel looks old, rooms very small, bathrooms outdated, internet service in rooms not working, t.v. service very poor...overpriced hotel.

    Helpful excellent staff service.

It was big humidity in the room. I found there was not ventilator in the bath room. On the room wall was big mark of water leakage. Hotel needs renovation.

Great Location! Trully isnide the National Park and just a few minutes walk to the waterfalls. Helpful staff. Big variety of breakfast buffet.

Lunch & Dinner not very satisfying, nothing special and a bit "pricey". So if you want to eat something just take the bus and go to the city to walk around and find some nice place to eat.

    Location is excellent

The hotel is trying their best to make everything expensive. This is the only hotel without free Wi-Fi service (yes, there is a tiny zone in the lobby with very weak free wifi); Never use USD there because the exchange rate is so ridiculous!

    near the falls

Argentina side does not allow minors less than 12 to get on boats.

I read that the only thing distinguishing this hotel was its location in the park -- and that it was run down, had bad food, and had poor staff. None of that was true for my wife and me. The facilities were very well maintained, the staff very helpful, and the food at least as good as the average Buenos Aires restaurant. The main dining room is pricy, but you are "out in the jungle." And the bar food was very reasonable. And the location is, indeed, unbeatable.

The view was spectacular from our room which faced the falls. A short walk to the exhilarating experience of viewing the waterfalls from the Argentina side.

Limited restaurant facilities. Food was average. Restaurant staff was very friendly.

The location was excellent right next to the Iguaźu Falls, which were only a short walk away. As with all Sheraton's the standard of the room was high quality as were the public spaces and other facilities. We also took advantage of the room service for dinner, which again was good quality and prompt, as we had a falls view room and wanted to soak up the Iguaźu atmosphere.

You need to be prepared to pay for everything and at overpriced rates, but we were aware of that before we booked. Minor criticisms were that one of the lifts was not working and there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Additionally breakfast is not included in the relatively expensive room rate, which in less high end accommodation it is standard practice to include.

    fantastic view from the rooms.

The hotel on the other side (Brazilian) is much better and is also very close to the waterfalls, although it's more expensive and they don't provide the proper waterfall view in their rooms. So, this hotel is still great, but if one can't choose between the two, I would go for the other one.

Location is die for Excellent view Nice spa

Coffee is not good They could have better restaurant and bar At least they should have some more choice to go Lots of kids running in the hotels and No atomosphere Spa - they could have more therapists as I could not book enough massage ( one day no no massage available)

The location was absolutely excellent, but thinking back if I had an extra day I definitely would not had stayed here and would have instead commuted to the falls from Puerto Iguacu. Breakfast was great though.

The place is way overpriced considering the very average room and slightly run down appearances etc. Mind that there will be a 21% service fee

Up to the normal standard of Sheraton Hotel . Main advantage is proximity to the Argintine side of falls. Fabulous view from our room

There is nothing not to like.

You are paying for the location. Even though it's an American Chain the standards are not what Americans are used to for the price. The breakfast is wonderful and worth paying for. Make it your main meal of the day. It starts at 6:30am and get there early, so you can get to the park gate at 8am when it opens to avoid the tour groups.

The falls were flooding during our visit. The staff wasn't very informed as to the park closures. They weren't helpful. Furthermore, the tour booking agent never showed up so we couldn't get information or answers there either. The front desk didn't know why the booking agent wasn't there or when they would choose to show up.

This is basically the perfect place to be or as close as you'll ever get. This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the National Iguazu Park...enough said! You'll have a breakfast buffet with the best chorizo you'll ever eat while looking out at the Iguazu Falls. You can walk 3-4 minutes and see them right away for all your #selfies. Wonder of the World for a reason. Just go!

You cannot not love this place. The staff is happy because they realize where they work: A sub-tropical paradise.

we could hike morning, afternoon and even into the evening and never have to leave the park. Our room had an amazing view of the falls and we could walk everywhere, never had to use any transport other than our feet (and the cute little train to the upper falls).
