The service with a smile!
Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Hotel rundown.
Location is amazing for exploring the falls
Further to travel into the town of an evening but let's be honest we're all here for the falls so makes sense to stay next to them.
Very nice to see the falls to the hotel. Only five minutes walk to the water. Good stay for one or two nights. Nice and large pool. Village is only to reach by taxi. Return drive 520 pesos.
Food is only served inside. Outside is only a small bar which is usually full. Restaurant is has not a nice atmosphere. Though food was good.
The Falls are fabulous with great access . The hotels location is perfect in the action but away from the crowd
The hotel is looking tired and worn,it needs a makeover
The location being able to go to the park as soon as we arrived, and back the next day without paying the entry charge was 100% worth it. Less people first and last thing! The pool, and spa facilities were excellent as was the breakfast. We bought the room three days before arriving and it was on sale and perfect pricing. The room was very comfortable and we did not think it was run down like other reviews we had read said!
Food at pool and cafe was basic - not many healthy options. Restaurant was too expensive. Everything else was excellent!
Only the view and the location.
Dramatic sunsets; set in a park full of happy people; delightfull staff; perfect pool...
Front Desk Professional!! She found out it was our honeymoon and upgraded us to a falls view room and sent a bottle of champagne!! She indulged us by taking a look at our wedding photo!! The room was great! Comfortable, beautiful and wow what a view! Walked right up to the falls, came back for lunch in the restaurant and liked it so much ordered room service for dinner. Food yum!
The bartenders at the pool! Ugh! Ignored me for over 5 minutes while I was sitting there and then took care of another guest that had just walked up.
Very near to the falls they can provide Further better advise to the elderly people ,and some easy transport to make it easier to get to the fall.
Get little lost in the jungle couple of signes on the paths will help a lot
Staff at reception told us train to Devils Mouth lookout left every half hour but did not tell us trains also left for park entrance. We only had 3 hours so hurried to station and caught the first train. It took us to the entrance and we had to walk back thus missing seeing what is regarded as the park's most dramatic view. We had to leave early the next day so did not have a second chance.
Staff was not very friendly nor accommodating. Had reserved a room with queen bed and was given twin beds instead. Check-in staff insisted this was the room we reserved regardless of reservation paper copy. Sent two emails one month before arrival regarding request for shuttle service pickup from airport, without any reply. We had to call one day prior to arrival to arrange for shuttle pickup. Hotel check-in staff said they were too busy to reply. Menu selection was limited, food not particularly good in the only restaurant.
Being able to head to the falls any time during the day was nice.
It took over 2 hours to get served our lunch at the pool. The pool bar couldn't serve most of the cocktails due to running out of spirits which wasn't fixed up over the entire week. Service was terrible.
Proximity to Falls
Location is fantastic; you are right at the place where everything is. Great to sit on the veranda relaxing and enjoying the view. Food in restaurant excellent.
Swimming pool like a very warm bath; not at all refreshing. Food in bar area not good. Given the price, I find it tacky to be charged for WiFi use in my room.
Location in Park is fabulous. Rooms adequate, some with great view. Friendly staff.
Have to pay for in room wifi. Only ONE small bottle of water per room. Bathroom needs updating. Over-priced.
The hotel is in an excellent situation close to the paths to the Falls. Outdoor pool is a good size. Food was reasonable ---- dinner OK, breakfast good.
The ridiculous charge to use Wi-Fi in the bedroom.
Beds, view, location, pool
Food in restaurant not that good and staff at front desk not very knowledgeable about the park.
Location - the view of the falls was spectacular. We had a room with falls view. You can see the Falls as soon as you enter the lobby, I am so glad we stayed inside the park at the Sheraton. The swimming pool is very nice too. the rooms are good -- we were worried as we saw some revews saying property not well maintained.. but it looked pecfect to us, the room was in very good condition.
Very slow service with the food, in the afternoon. we were in a rush to eat and go into the park, but two sandwiches took over one hour , and we got it only after we called for the manager and complained.
The Hotel is unique because of its location. Nice for relaxing
20 km from iguazu city
Awesome Location and very friendly staffs.
Shortage of staffs at Front Desk during rush hours of check-out and check-in time resulting unnecessary delay.
Location was fantastic with views of falls
On check in given room keys of occupied rooms Slow at check in
You can't beat the location. In the park. Walk to the falls. Amazing views
I wouldn't recommend a forest view. If you are going to stay there rent a room with a view of the falls. Our room faced the entrance above the kitchen fan, not ideal in the morning.
The hotel is located at the Iguazú National Park!
Good location, good drivers service.
The hotel is old and in bad shape and it seems they don't care at all because of their great location, the food in the restaurant is awful. Bad breakfast and very bad lunch. Definitely very expensive for what you get in accommodations.
