The location!!! This hotel is very poor with the way he give the service to his gusts. I think it is very cheep to get money for every small service like you have to pay for the wi fi Internet service. I'll never recommend this hotel to any body |

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The view of the Falls from the room was spectacular. The pool was very good. |

The location is hard to beat, very close to the falls. Rooms are luxurious. Breakfast was very good. We took the optional buffet dinner, which was OK. |

You could not ask for a better location. Staff were absolutely delighful, rooms were clean and upgraded and the restaurant food was great. Very attentive staff. As a guest you only pay the entry fee to the national park once and you are able to visit everything. No competition the best place in town allround. |

滝に近い為 時間が無い方へお勧めのホテルです。 朝一番の公園内の列車にも乗ることが出来 観光客が少ない時間に見る事が出来るので良かったです。朝食のﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ美味しかったです 値段が高い！！ |

Localisation de l'hotel ( l'unique hotel situé dans le parc avec vue sur les chutes).Si possible choisir le 3e étage & une nuit de pleine lune. Chambre petite & vieillotte style 70's |

la ubicacion es perfecta. Estas dentro del parque nacional y practicamente eres el primero en entrar y el último en salir. Sinceramente, por el precio pagado, el hotel necesita más mantenimiento. |

Su ubicacion Te cobran la estancia al hacer el check-in. El internet no está incluido en el precio y me parece absurdo y de mal gusto que lo cobren. |

El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones muy buenas, todo correcto. Las vistas de las cataratas desde la habitación están muy bien. Para ver bien las cataratas hay que desplazarse al lado brasileño. |

La ubicacion del hotel dentro del parque de iguazu y las vistas a las cataratas me parecen geniales, unicas. Necesita una reforma interna. Su estado actual no corresponde a la categoria de un hotel sheraton de 5 estrella.incluido el unico restaurante que me parece de muy mala calidad. |

Solamente la cercania a las Cataratas, no es un hotel para que extranjeros vayan creyendo que es 5 estrellas, es una estafa de la cadena Sheraton Todo desde su nivel de atencion hasta su incapacidad de solucionar problemas de una simple contractura muscular, yo tenia mi seguro pero ya teniamos que tomar el avion y recurri al hotel para que me ayuden, el medico iba a la tarde???? y la pileta que me prometieron desde booking que habia en el hotel??????????? |

Indiscutiblemente la situacion. Esta dentro del parque y a muy pocos minutos andando de todos los recorridos de las cataratas. Merece la pena. |
