Wonderful staff, comfortable ambience, and lovely, spacious rooms. the rooms at the front have balconies AND view.
Quiet spacious room with kitchenette.Helpful staff and good central location.Shopping centre and small grocery store nearby.Breakfast included ,cafes and restaurants nearby
Room faced west so quite hot in the afternoon, would probably request room overlooking cemetery on upper floors.
The hotel was very comfortable and the location was great.
I thought the staff was kind of rude and not very helpful.
location; view of Recoleta; excellent and RELIABLE wifi.
No public tollet on lobby (breakfast) floor. As I age, this becomes an issue
Staff was helpful, location was good.
I had no intention of using the kitchen but having a coffee maker of some kind would have been nice.
The location The views The room The friendly helpful staff Wished we had found this hotel at the start of our holiday in BA
The penthouse suite we booked was double booked! The friendly helpful staff got us a smaller room quickly and adjusted the price accordingly.
Friendly helpful staff, excellent clean spacious rooms, comfy beds with a balcony view. I could watch the angels glistening in the moonlight- what an experience taking a tour around the cemetery. Being able to make a hot drink in our rooms and having extra bonus of microwave and hot plates. So close to fab restaurants, easy access to money exchange and supermarket.
having to leave :)
This hotel was that perfect combination of location, staff, accommodations and value that you almost never find. It will always be on my short list for Buenos Aires! I cannot recommend it enough!
Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was exceptionally kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and modern. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Location. Spacious rooms, some with views into Recoleta cemetary. The small, warm pool on the roof was a plus and the buffet breakfast was decent.
The staff! Very nice people! The location!
Location was great. Rooms were clean, quiet, large bathroom and kitchenette.
Only selected rooms had views of Recoletta cemetary, not all rooms. The hotel was not understanding when we had our flight cancelled and missed our first night they refused to give a refund, even a partial refund despite us giving them almost 24hrs notice.
Everything else was good!
In the breakfast (quite good) they don't let the coffee accessible - you have to to a waitress ask to fill up every cup.
A great location and view of Cemetario Recoleta.
Nice Hotel at a good location - good view on the Recoleta cemetery, which is located just on the other side of the street. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable and calm rooms. Also there is a conference room. I would come back!
The breakfast could be ameliorated in regard to more variety.
The staff at the front desk were always available, pleasant, and very helpful.
I would have preferred to have coffee available to serve ourselves rather than having to ask for one cup of coffee at a time. I also would have enjoyed more variety of food offerings at breakfast rather than the same foods each day.
The location was very good, and a quiet part of the neighbourhood but still some steps from restaurants and nightlife. The room was large, the bed comfy and there was a/c, what else could we ask for? All the bed linen and towels were embroided with their symbol, what helped to give that luxury feel.
The breakfast area was kind small, with only three tables for four, so one day our family had to sit in separate tables. Not a big problem, of course.
staff was amazing, catered to our needs, got a breakfast ready early for us when we needed to leave before breakfast time. Room was spacious, clean, trendy. Great location near the big sites of Buenos aires. Also great price for what your getting.
nothing! It was great.
Location and comfort.
Smart decor, clean and comfortable. Pleasant helpful staff
Breakfast was at 7am but on our last morning it was not ready - no cup of tea before leaving!
Your own balcony with a view over the Recoleta cematery, perfect !
The breakfast area and pool area on the roof needs a fresh paint
Spacious room.... Jeremiah is an asset to Sileo hotel...
No ambience, unfriendly, arrogant and grumpy staff.... Especially Suzanna!!!! She is totally in the wrong job!!! The treadmill was old and the exercise bike was broken! The plunge pool was filthy and covered in insects!!!! Not enough Tea bags and milk in the room... Noisy neighbours
The staff, the location, and the hotel itself were all excellent.
We enjoyed the Personal touch of the Hotel Staff reception, when I specified that it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary our requests on a higher floor in a quiet corner with balcony facing the famous Recoleta Cemetery were all fulifilled. Besides, they even surprised us with a bottle of Champaign. That was wonderful. The Staff also initiated to assist us with the confirmation of all our self arranged local tour itineraries. Excellent service.
Got free upgrade. Great view of cemetery (not as morbid as it sounds). Safe location in heart of the city, so walking distance of sights and restaurants etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good bed. Higher you are the quieter it will be to sleep.
Airport shuttle claimed not to have record of reservation that hotel arranged, so delay of 5-10 mins but no big deal. Wifi was intermittent first day.
