Location is great, lovely staff, safe.

Small rooms, the heating was on the whole day so it was crazy hot, not breakfast included.

Really nice apartment with good wifi. Location is nice but about a 20 minutes walk to the subway.

The kitchen does not include any cooking equipment, you have to buy it yourself. Really annoying when we booked this apartment to save money by cooking our own food.

During the day it was really quiet. The location is perfect.

It was really noisy at night. I don't know if the staff or the other guests were the ones having parties or laughing and yelling at night. I really hated that because at 4 or 5 in the morning you could hear the screaming and laughing everywhere.

Overall good stay, they cleaned and changed towel everyday, the staff are friendly and helpful. They have towels, small shampoos and conditioner and soap, hair dryer, kettle, cup and saucer and few glasses.

there's a kitchen but there aren't any frying pan, just a kettle and few glasses. The refrigerator's temp was set a little high. The location is fine, you can walk around the fashionable Palermo area but the subte station is not close so bus is better, get yourself a bus map.

Good position. Wifi working good (not common in ba)

No window in the room. Bathroom too small. Room furniture too poor

The simplicity, cleanliness and location, alied with a good comfort.

Turre isso no lift and the place looks lime an reformed motel.

great location. good value. helpful staff.

the cleaning is definitely not a strong point: there was always dust, and it seemed that the dishes were not washed with detergent, just water. if you think of doing the most frugal meal there, think again. the oven does not work and there are not enough utensils, not even a teapot. the scant space for shower together with its plastic curtain makes showering very tricky and messy.

The real value for this hotel is the fantastic position: 10 minute walk from Plaza Serrano, the cool neighbour in Buenos Aires. Apart for that.. well... how can I say that... the hotel is not bad, in the end the room was large, you have a kitchen with an oven and a kettle, a large bathroom and air conditioning. But... have a kitchen, but no pans; a large bathroom, but no bath tube and the shower doesn't have a proper platform (it's just on the floor); air conditioning, but extremely noisy and just on top of your bed (so we could not use it during the night). The furniture, floor and finishing of the room was kind of old and cheap, but honest and clean. There is no elevator and you have to climb quite some stairs. The staff is not very nice and kind of cheap: they wanted to be paid cash at check in and they even checked the firdge when we left, because they didn't trust us when we said we didn't take anything from the frigobar. Aside for that they were kind when we asked to leave the suitcases for a few hours after the check out to have a last walk in the neighborhood. So in the end it was OK. In the end I would suggest it mostly for its position and price.

Location, price, clean. Good for a couple of days

Be aware that if you only speak English the language barrier can be a problem as the people at the reception only speak Spanish. The room we stayed in felt a bit claustrophobic because there was no window. Not only in case of fire, but also a bit of fresh air is nice.

The room was nice and clean.

I had a room with a kitchen, but there is no cooking equipment. So unless you buy or bring your own pans, you cant cook.

The hotel had simple accomodations, but they were clean and confortable.

I would not recommend the hotel if you have a physical condition, because it does not have elevators.

cleanliness, ensuite kitchen, location is pretty good

I had a terrible experience with the staff-- both of the women receptionists were difficult. I decided to stay for additional nights and was charged quite a bit more because I didn't make the booking through Also, the receptionist made a huge deal that I asked for a receipt that noted how much IVA was included in the price. Just silly things that shouldn't be a problem, but after living in Buenos Aires for a year I guess I should have known better. No close metro stops and only a few close bus stops.
