Soltigua Apart Hotel Mendoza    

Appartement propre, spacieux, fonctionnel qui prête à l'intimité et à la détente. Le personnel est courtois .Malgré le fait que je voyageais seul, je suis persuadé qu'un famille l'apprécierait fortement.

La vaisselle est limité.

Situation dans la ville très bonne; personnel à l'accueil très gentil; bonne salle de bain et bonne grandeur pour 4 personnes.

Meublés avec des meubles tout à fait inconfortables et mauvais éclairages le soir venu. Service plus ou moins satisfaisant dans les derniers jours du séjour. Certaines nuits ont été bruyantes en raison de personnes dérangeantes. L'équipement de cuisine est assez pauvre. La piscine est trop petite, souvent achalandée et pas bien entretenue.

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had a gas stove, large fridge and a dedicated boiler so no issues with hot water. Hairdrier and toiletries provided. There's a small pool and coffee shop attached to the hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

It's not really a place for singles. The families that frequent it are noisy and inconsiderate. Wifi was intermittent in apartment and the lobby area not comfortable or conducive to using wifi there. There is some kind of vent in the wall that automatically dispenses air freshner that is really unpleasant. The safety box is very small and it's quite a walk to the city centre, but on the other hand it's close to San Martin park which is nice.

Very big rooms for the price could have fit a large sofa in their with out any problem. Good location to have a short walk to the main streets of Mendoza and the bars, restaurants.

The pool is very small and the Block holds alot of apart rooms so it gets very busy with load kids and it is not cleaned often enough to deal with this.

The room was tidy and clean. Bathroom and shower were really nice. Staff was friendly and helped where asked. Proper quality for the price you pay.

They couldn't find the key for our safe, there was an option leaving it at reception, but we'd rather leave it in a safe or take it with us. One night, when we came back, there wasn't anybody at reception. We could easily get our own key. The swimmingpool, the reason we chose the hotel, was much smaller than shown on the pictures. The public toilets weren't clean, there was no toiletpaper and flushing was a bit of a problem.

Great location and wonderful spacious comfortable apartment.

Building works going on outside made it a bit noisy in the day but not bad for a city centre location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Soltigua. Highly recommended, spacious, quiet, well presented and maintained and close to the shops and good restaurants or shops. But the real charm of this place is the staff, willing to help you with everything. The whole crew went out of their way to make us feel at home and see to our needs. I hope we have a chance to return soon. I recommend Soltigua without hesitation!

Located 7 blocks from main part of town, but it's a quiet/safe area. Supermarket was close by also, bus terminal was a 15peso ride away. Clean place, staff helpful with advice on what to do and where to go.

Difficult to find if you do not know Mendoza and its one way road systems. Restaurtant not really integrated with the hotel.

The staff was fantastic. They were super friendly, spoke English and Spanish. The front of the hotel is impressive.

It was a bit of a walk into the main section of town. The pool is much smaller than it looks online. There is internet in the rooms, but it constantly cuts off.

Great location, friendly and professional staff. Big and modern flat, well equiped kitchen, very clean. Great service!

La atencion del personal

La ubicacion, un poco complicada para llegar en auto a alguien que no conoce bien la ciudad

Simple pero agradable para estar. Una linda ubicacion y comodidad.

Faltarian estantes dentro de los placards ya que solo hay espacio para colgar y siendo una familia no hay donde poner la ropa.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, la tranquilidad de la ubicación.

El acceso a las habitaciones es solo por escaleras individuales. Hay que solicitar taxi con bastante antelación

Lugar Tranquilo, no estando en el centro esta muy cerca de el, aseo bueno.-

En pleno verano el aire acondicionado no da a basto en cada departamento, piscina real chica frente a la imagen promocional.-

La ubicación me parece excelente, muy cerca del parque San Martin y a pocas cuadras del centro caminando 15 min, cerca de restaurantes, estacionamiento amplio.

El aire acondicionado insuficiente para las piezas, la piscina es muy pequeña, un poco caro y no incluye desayuno.
