The staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - nothing wS too much trouble. Location suited us just away from the main centre but a pleasant easy walk to the centre and to the park.
Our room was on the front of the building and it was a bit noisy at night.
Great staff at front desk
No tea or coffee making facilities in room Did not look like the hotel that was booked
I spent two nights in the hotel and would not recommend it to fellow travellers: The room was dirty, there were hairs all over the bed and in the bathroom you could see the dirt from the guest before me. The staff said it would help me in booking tours but I ended up doing everything by myself. And the worst is the area: although they claim it safe city centre, it is 20 minutes away from everything and I felt very uncomfortable in the dodgy area.
We had a large apartment, but we're not told it was an upgrade, so when we wanted to stay longer we were told it would cost more. We moved rooms instead, but it felt a bit like we were being taken for a ride. That aside, the room was large and good value. It's a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of town, but near the tram, some good restaurants and a large Carrefour supermarket.
Some issues (perhaps mainly due to language problems) with payment for the room. Was all cleared up in the end, but was a struggle. Second room kitchen facilities were unusable as they were so small and hadn't been left very clean. Wifi dropped out frequently,
The delicious food and kind attitude of the staff. We arrived late at night and did not know if we could get dinner but the staff delivered it for us quickly via room service. I was traveling with my 8 children and our Spanish teacher. We arrived late because of problems in customs. But the staff was helpful and accommodating.
That we could not stay another night due to our schedule.
the kitchen is spacious and fairly well equipped so you can easily cook in the apartment. the layout of the flat was good too.
We were extremely disappointed! the staff were rude and unwilling to help. the apartment was dirty and really cold and it was far from Mendoza's city centre. Stay away from this place!
Large room with small kitchen. Great for preparing breakfast or a snack. Central location close to restaurants and shopping. Very good value Lovely little cafe by reception which serves breakfast and other light meals throughout the day. Helpful reception staff.
Could be a bit noisy especially people leaving early or coming back late. But at the price you cant expect everything
The location allowed us to easily walk to San Martin Park and the City centre. Plus there are good restuarants around the area within easy walking distance. The apartment was ideal from a size, comfort and cleanliness perspective and the reception staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. They also looked after our bags after check out, whilst we explored San Martin Park before departing for the Terminal de Buses.
Be aware of the 21% tax when you book and add this to the rate advertised to get the price you will pay at the hotel. We also asked to stay one day more and were charged a higher rate than our original reservation on Booking.Com, so be aware of this also.
All clerks except One were very nice and helpful.
Good location, comfy, spacious, easy to find, great value for money.
More kitchen utensils would be good
This is one of the best inexpensive hotels I have stayed in, they have apartments. It is clean and comfortable. It is situated strategically close (walking distance) to main attractions and restaurants (near Aristides). Front desk was very helpful and gave very good advises on the city, they spoke English very well. The apartment is big in size, everything is brand new and the beds were really comfortable and clean. I would stay there again if I went back to Mendoza
English speaking staff Location is good for exploring the city (Carrefour supermarket is 6 blocks away).
Kitchen is not equipped to be really used: one pot & only one mobile stove. No pans or utensils for cooking. The room was already dirty when we came and the daily service did not impress either (we had to ask for toilet paper). Laundry service was more expensive than they had told us (90 ARS for approx. 6 pieces) - no self-service laundry close to the hotel. Breakfast is very basic and we skipped it after day 1. Overall I found it a bit too expensive for what we got.
What I liked most was the comfort and spaciousness of the apartment.
The electrical plugs were loose and the hairdryer almost exploded in my hands, because it short circuited and a flame came out of it.
Excellent bilingual staff, very friendly very helpful, wonderful breakfast coffee in the café of the hotel, you can sit outside and enjoy your drinks the whole day. Perfect for smokers. Enormous apartements - everything perfect. Pool is also good for relaxing. Best choice to stay in Mendoza.
WiFi could work better, Pool could be a little more bigger. To the centre it's a 10-15 min walk.
Good rooms. Good personal.
Swimming pool is often full and very small.
Room comfortable, swimming pool, helpful staff
Poor kitchen facilities, noisy at night from other guests as no sound insulation
The staff will make your life easy with there coperation in all aspects
Location near center. Clean swimming pool.
We stayed in a family apartment for 4. The aircondition was in the living room and in the master bedroom there was no aircondition. For the climate of Mendoza this is like hell. Furthermore all the staff of the hotel was unfriendly, even at the cafe. Finaly when we asked to stayed one more night the reception told us that there is no free room where in booking.com there was availability. Later he changed but offered it to us for almost double price!
Close proximity to walk to a shops, reataurants etc
Only air con in main room, not in bedroom which made it very hot for sleeping,
The warm welcome, the excellent wifi, and the great food.
Nothing - it was all great.
Spacious, quiet location, pool
Rooms a bit spartan
Room are big and well furnished
Some misunderstanding with the staff about booking
Large spacious rooms with kitchen facilities; nice pool to cool down in after a long hot day. Good location to some nice restaurants, though it is a good 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
Our room faced over the road which could be a little noisy.
Location was excellent, proximity to excellent park and downtown Mendoza.
Booked with stated breakfast and airport shuttle with reservation per Booking.com website. No breakfast nor airport shuttle were offered to us when we checked in and stayed at the hotel. Very very noisy from barking dogs all night and noisy guests. Rooms very dated and bed was worst we stayed in all of South America travels. Would not stay here again.
The staff were really helpful
We booked this place cos of it had a swimming pool but it was closed. We tried to organise a wine tour and staff were given 48 hours to do so. However when we did go to confirm the tour we were informed that the specific tour was fully booked. There was no communication between staff members. When it came to organising an alternative tour we were provided with a driver with no English and after being told that the wine tasting would be included, it transpired that we had to pay for everything extra and the fee was just for the car journey(a very expensive car journey) this was a day wasted
