NH Tango    

The Hotel:The staff at nh Tango were all extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about Buenos Aires (transport, landmarks, etc) The breakfast was exceptional in its variety and flavour. Room was very quiet Service, when requested, was prompt. The city of Buenos Aires:We loved the Tango culture of ba and thoroughly enjoyed 'El Querandi' and street tango in La Boca (Caminito) Recoleta Cemetery, Malba contemporary art museum, Bellas Artes museum and the flower sculpture were also among the highlights. Public transport was easily accessible and affordable.

The city of Buenos Aires: We were very disappointed with the litter in the streets of ba and the state of the pavements in the city centre: they were either under construction or in a state of dereliction. They were also a safety hazard. This does not leave a good impression on visitors from overseas (in our case, Melbourne, Australia) of a city which otherwise has a lot to offer.

Close to the center of the city, we could walk. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpfull.

For a 5 stars hotel, no restaurants and the choice for room service very limited. They don't have an international adaptor for electricity.

Excellent location in the heart of BA. 8th floor with excellent view on obelisk and Av. 9 de Julio. Modern rooms. Small Gym with functioning equipment, even a Sauna which was satisfactory for a Finn. Nice breakfast with a good choice of fresh "components" with sufficient variation to create a sense of experimention for full week. The price was very competitive in comparison with competition, actually we decided to move from Hotel Colon from the other side of the street. Hotel Colon was almost dismal...

According to description WiFi was supposed to work everywhere. In the 8th floor it never worked. This time it did not bother us.

The only problem was that during a cut poower. For 7 hours the hotel hasa no air conditioner, and just one spot light in my room (with 35 degrees Celsius and 85 percent humidity) was not nice att all. But after that they transfer me to another hotel. Fair enough.

Cost, poor bar, poor facilities. The rooms, as the rest of the hotel, looks ok on an overview, but the details are poor. Illumination is bad, doors not closing, etc.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Great location. Even though located on one of the busiest streets in the city, could not hear the traffic.

The room was outstanding! Great decoration and design. The breakfast was very good, but still inferior to the ones I'm used at brazilians hotels. Plenty of shampoo, soap, towels and shaving cream. Probably the best location possible at Buenos Aires.

Cost / benefit questionable. I paid almos u$150 a day an had no internet access included! I accidently droped some yogurt on the floor one day and the cleaner didn't clean after two days. The fitness center is a fraud! Just 3 running machines.

Well kept hotel, nice city hotel. Great location for everything. Friendly help full staff, bright, large clean rooms. Good room service food was the only thing lacking.

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Modern styling. My room was facing towards Avenida 9 de Julio with a very nice view. The noise from the street did not disturb me. The windows well isolated so you just barely hear the traffic. Location is very good with a short walk to major shopping area. Metro was just a few hundred meters away. The breakfast was very good. Not only the standard selection of cakes and sweets which you normally gets in Argentina but also more healthy things like scrambled eggs etc.

The gym was poorly equipped.

Warning that someone may break into my room through the balcony (during the race weekend), but this would also appear easy from the elevator balcony....couldnt simple dead bolt locks be installed, as for the room doors

Lindo hotel, ótima localização pra quem gosta do agito da cidade, confortável, elegante. Café da manhã dos sonhos!!! recomendo

Excelente desayuno. Muy buena ubicación, a pasos del obelisco. Muy buena señal de WiFi en la habitación.

La fachada no es acorde al nivel de lujo del hotel.

Bueno para ir de negocios, buen desayuno y si tienes que comer en el hotel hay un buen menú ejecutivo, económico.

El room service anunciado como de 24 hs no funcioinaba el sabado a la noche. No hay diferencia entre una habitacion standrat y una suite junior (pero si hay diferencia de precios). Yo pagué una suite juniors y una standart y ambas habitaciones eran similares

Não disponibilidade de janelas que possam ser abertas. Havia uma porta porem permamnentemente trancada por questão de segurança, sgundo alegação do banco. Caso eu desejasse quarto com janela deveria pagar mais caro por outro quarto. Isso não foi mencionado quando fiz a reserva.

Confort de las habitaciones

En recepción siempre estan preguntado cuando se va a pagar la cuenta. Parece que desconfiaran del huesped, a pesar de tener un baucher de tarjeta de crédito abierto.

Staff prestativos, café da manhã excelente, variedade de frutas, sucos naturais, cereais.Otima localização, fácil acesso aos principais pontos turisticos. Wi-fi rápida e em todo o hotel.

Nos colocaram em um quarto para deficientes onde no banheiro não havia box, apenas uma cortina, resumo ou tomava banho com a cortina colada em vc ou inundava todo o banheiro. A iluminação do quarto é bela mas por ser "indireta" atrapalha a mulher para fazer maquiagem.
