lots of street noise due to passing traffic, including lots of buses, and directly across the street a small soccer field with lots of noise until very late at night--avoidable if you keep windows closed and air conditioning on

The staff and service were fabulous. It's located in an area that is more residential so there is more of a neighborhood feel. The staff gave us recommendations for restaurants and other activities which were very helpful. It's very clean and modern. My husband and I would go back there for our next visit and recommend it to our friends.

My buddies and I recently stayed in this hotel and we cannot speak highly enough about it. The hotel, in and of itself, was terrific. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and clean. The common areas, including the roof and outdoor yard, were nice and relaxing amenities. The hotel is also situated in what I believe to be the trendiest part of the city. There are a number of great restaurants that all within walking distance. The best bars and clubs are also in very close proximity. However, what really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible, unparalleled service that the staff provides. Before even arriving at the hotel, I bombarded the hotel with a number of requests, including setting up diner reservations and organizing football tickets. They were more than happy to do this. Upon arrival, Aixa sat with my friends and I and provided us with a detailed overview of the city, such as specific tourist attractions, great restaurants, and fun bars. Throughout the rest of our stay, Aixa, Eva and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive and were at our every beck and call. After staying at a number of luxurious, boutique hotels across the world, I can easily say that this was by far the best. We highly recommend it for anybody traveling to Buenos Aires.

Brilliant hotel. The rooms and location are fantastic but it is the service that sets the Glu apart. The staff are outstanding in their common sense approach to helping guests with everything they need. Your stay in BA will definitely be improved by staying here.

Amazing staff who simply could not do enough for us. Above and beyond service with very warm hospitality. The entire staff anticipated our needs and provided excellent touring and dining recommendations. This hotel is a real gem.

Staff, staff, staff!!! Location (very quiet) and you can do everything nearby. Free coffee at any time if you want to sipe one. Great room, clean, good size, good matress and good pillows. No carpet!!! They offer slippers . The housekeeper use to clean your room everytime you leave it Even at night.

Amenities. Although it was L'Occitane they don't offer shower cap nor a sewing kit. Its a 4* hotel. The most of all: the bathroom light is awful for me to shave and my wife to make-up. The eiderdown was a little bit dirty with little brown stains. But it was not a serious matter.

Excellent service, with a great location

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the young and enthusiastic staff. They were all fantastic but Johanna and Diego were particularly helpful with advice and reservations. The housekeeping was noticeably excellent. Great location - could walk to shops, restaurants, bars in area very easily.

Perhaps our expectations were very high of a hotel rated "the best in Argentina" but it wasn't as unique/great as I had anticipated. On the weekends there was a fair amount of noise overnight from surrounding bars (although this is why you might come to Palermo!) Little things like the broken coffee machine and tap that fell off into a chipped bathtub were not deal breakers but stood out when our expectations were high. Relatively high tarriff for a 4 star by Argentinian standards - not great value for money.

Excellent service! Perfect location - many restaurants and shops in walking distance also just a short stroll to the subway. Although Buenos Aires is a very lively city this place is pure tranquillity. We would definitely stay there again.

O staff, para mim foi o ponto alto. Os mais que atenciosos Max e Aixa (perdoname por los errores, pero no sé escribir su nombre) fizeram toda a diferença. Além disso, o aquecimento de todo o chão do quarto e banheiro e a localização são pontos fortes do hotel.

Acredito que o café da manhã poderia ter maior variedade, maiores opções.

Excelente atencion, buenas habitaciones, baño algo chico pero lindo, cama grande y comoda.

El lugar si bien no está mal, dentro de Palermo Soho en mi opinion hay mejores zonas, y el desayuno, aunque tiene unas cuantas cosas no tiene una variedad tan grande como otros hoteles de su precio.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. A equipe muito simpatica, eficiente, estremamente prestativa. Assim que chegamos a Joana nos forneceu 3 mapas da cidade e explicou os lugares para compras, passeios, etc. O quarto é muito confortavel, limpo e eles usam loccitane no banheiro.

A unica coisa que nao é muito boa é o cafe da manha.

Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A cama é enorme e o sistema de calefação não deixa sentir frio. A localização favorece muito, principalmente para restaurantes e bares. Como pegamos um quarto voltado para o fundo do hotel, mesmo estando numa região movimentada, não tivemos problema algum com barulho.

Pelo valor o café da manhã (comparado com os hotéis brasileiros) poderia ser mais sortido. O banheiro não tem um box muito grande, sem portas, e por esse motivo acabava molhando facilmente, porém os funcionários secavam sempre que saíamos do quarto e deixavam toalhas secas para colocarmos no chão. São os únicos pontos falhos em nossa opinião.

A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa, disposta a compartilhar as melhores dicas sobre a cidade e educada. Fezm muito a diferença na nossa estadia!

Acredito que valha a dica de avaliar muito bem quais são os lugares que você quer ir em Buenos Aires pois, ficar em Palermo Soho e ficar se deslocando para o centro e arredores é muito demorado! Aproveitem Palermo e deixem os programas tradicionais para uma outra viagem!

El desayuno puede ser mejor!! No solo por variedad si no que seria bueno algo caliente, como huevos que se hacen en 5 minutos!
