The staff was exceptionally helpful, organizing a "circuito chico" tour for 3 families who wanted to explore the area on January 1, a holiday on which almost everything is closed. Also, the rooms were very comfortable, the view of the lake was beautiful, and the breakfast room was really nice. The only real drawback was that there was a lot of partying and noise in the mornings - -- I think a neighboring disco/ bar was getting out at 5 am!

Friendly reception. Excellent location. Spectacular view of the lake from our 3rd floor room. Absolutely no complaints although it could be said that the hotel is rather imposonal and not very cosy. It is still vey good value for money.

Hotel Tirol is located in city centre and has a nice view of the lake. The staff is really friendly/helpfull. Could store our luggage a couple days later after we checked out and help us out by arranging laundry service. Thumbs up...!

The location is great! 2 minutes walk from the city center. The staff are very friendly and speak english breakfast is divers and much better then most of the hotels i'v been in at argentina. Good value for money.

The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very close to everything a family could wish for - museums, chocolate stores and lots of good restaurants. The service was excellent. Thanks to the advice of Cristina, we discovered the Museo de Lago Gutierrez, a paradise for rock collectors and anyone with an interest in dinosaurs.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and you have the feeling to be at home. The breakfast is good and is served in a room with a breathtaking view of the lake. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Bariloche. The rooms are not very spacious and require a little bit maintenance. However they are clean.

As American's from Colorado, vacationing in Bariloche, the Hotel Tirol was a relaxing and wonderful place to stay. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated our wonderful experience at check in, to exceptional restaurant recommendations, to the convenient location to the City Center for shopping and dining, to helpful staff for recommending tours/places to see, to the cleanliness of our room, to the beautiful views of Nahuel Huapi Lake from our room. We would highly recommend this hotel and should we be in Bariloche again we would stay at Hotel Tirol.

The friendliness and good will of the staff who were especially helpful when first aid was required for an injury. The location of the hotel is perfect - close enough to the town and public transportation for convenience but a block off the main street with its crowds and noise. Breakfast service was efficient and very appropriate and the view from the breakfast room is lovely overlooking the lake. The hotel provided a computer and free Internet access for those who did not bring wireless devices. The rooms are small but adequate. I agree with the reviewer who wished they served real juice instead of Tang for breakfast but this is a very small point when contrasted to all the good things we found at the Tirol.

Excellent location, view across the lake and new, light modern rooms with free wi-fi. Friendly, helpful, family business, two of whom spoke good English Some minor renovation teething problems that are being sorted out.

Hotel is well located being only a few minutes walk from town and the local bus stop. View of the lake is superior. Rooms were very clean, well maintained, had sufficient heat and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was satisfactroy. Front desk personnel spoke English and were very helpful in booking tours, giving advice, etc. Double windows minimized the local noise. Missing in the room were a hot pot with coffee/tea and a refrigerator.
