The location was wonderful but the best thing were the owners and people who worked there. Very helpful and friendly. I would defenitely want to stay there again next time.

The location was excellent. Beautiful lake views, close to town centre, shops and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to provide tourism information and to assist with our needs. Secure car parking at rear of hotel was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and the location is good in the centre No air conditioning in the room. Rooms small and plug sockets limited. Furniture is dated but gets away with it as it has a rustic wooden theme. Breakfast was ok. Toaster didn't work though. Need to pay at checkout so prepare for that.

Friendly reception. Excellent location. Spectacular view of the lake from our 3rd floor room. Absolutely no complaints although it could be said that the hotel is rather imposonal and not very cosy. It is still vey good value for money.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and you have the feeling to be at home. The breakfast is good and is served in a room with a breathtaking view of the lake. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Bariloche. The rooms are not very spacious and require a little bit maintenance. However they are clean.

La amabilidad del personal es de destacar así como la ubicación, limpieza y confort. La relación precio/calidad es excelente. Recomiendo las habitaciones con vista al lago. Tal vez el desayuno podría ser más variado.
