Не работают замки в туалете и спальне. Очень плохие завтраки. Грязный и очень холодный бассейн. Отсутствие дополнительного сервиса и равнодушие персонала. Далеко до центра города. No trabajan los castillos en el excusado y el dormitorio. Los desayunos muy malos. La piscina sucia y muy fría. La ausencia del servicio adicional y la indiferencia del personal. Lejos hasta el centro de la ciudad.

This place is terrible. They ask you for you CC as soon as they receive the reservation and charge the full stay - which is against booking.com policy (you pay when you check in). The room we booked was normally the "luxury spa room" but it is actually an underground space accommodated as a room, with mold and very bad humidity smell. We just couldn't stand it and after 3 hours of negotiation (8pm to 11pm) they gave us a "normal" room for 4 nights instead of 7 and refuse to refund the difference (half the total price!). And they charged me from a strange company in Paraguay and refuse to give me my bill. DON'T GO.

The staff, especially Matias, was very friendly and helpful. Each floor has only 2 rooms and the room was quite spacious. Walking distance to one of the best Argentine restaurant's, La Cabrera. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback is that you have to take a 10 minute taxi to the Recoleta.

the location and service

if you are looking for central hotel. that is not the better opcion. but in eze taxis to the center is less than 8 euros each. And the hotel place is a cool and quiet place whit shops and restaurant. we love the pool, the room(red) and the breakfast.

The person on the front desk when asked if he knew a good local restaurant as we had just arrived after a 18 hour flight restaurant ordered us an expensive taxi ride and 45 mins in the car to get to a local restaurant If we had know there are many great restaurants in the vicinity a bit of a rip off Otherwise staff great

It was a very new, modern, hotel. The room was very nice and clean. I think the relation between price and its value was excellent. It is a very simple hotel. Also the breakfast was ok

It was a bit noisy as the room, was close to the stairs and the elevator.

Room size is big, and have comfortable bed.

I hope there will be more food choices of buffet breakfast, e.g. eggs & pancake

The apartment was excellent. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. User-friendly kitchen. It is ideal to spend a few weeks while exploring the city as a tourist or for work. The location is also ideal. It is at the heart of Palermo Soho, very close to local amenities. It is served by a major bus route from the city that makes transportation to the city very easy and comfortable. Palermo Soho is also a good place to come back after a tiring day in the city to relax. The quality of air is so much better and it is cleaner than the city centre.

The breakfast is poor and it can improve a bit.

The location and the staff were great at the hotel. Very willing to help out and make our stay comfortable. The spa and pool were closed for two of our three days there as they were doing some renovations to add more rooms to the facilities. On the last day we checked out the pool and it looked amazing! Also, the location was great! Close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed it a lot and recommend it.

The studios are very large and the terrace is nice.

The hotel is run down and needs to be brushed up. THe terrace and the jacuzzi were dirty and looked abandoned. You won't get any type of services after 4 P.M. and the hotel staff is not Knowledgeable at all.

Great location, very friendly and supportive staff. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious.

I was hoping there was going to be a spa and was disappointed that is was not working at all. And a small room with gym equipment would be a nice addition, too. But for the price, it was a great stay.

Relación calidad/precio. Decoración moderna. Buena ubicación. Flexibilidad horaria.

Faltaría un servicio de frigobar en habitación. Colocar más almohadas/almohadones en la cama. Mejorar el servicio de asesoramiento sobre bondades turísticas de la ciudad y zona para los huespedes.

El 12 de febrero de 2013 debitaron de mi cuenta el importe total por cuatro días de $2.400, entendiendo que era superior a la oferta concreta de Booking, lo que no me parece una actitud comercial correcta. Desearía me explicaran si me equivoco.

Poolen, var grøn i bunden af alger, og overfladen af vandet så fedtet og ikke særlig indbydende ud. Jeg påtalte det, da jeg bestilte et hotel med pool mhp at benytte mig af det. Og de rensede også bunden, men jeg synes stadig ikke, at den kom til at se indbydende ud.

Total falta de limpeza e manutenção do quarto escolhido. Fiz a reserva 50 dias antes, e parecia que o quarto estava abandonado a meses. Hotel muito caro!! O mais caro da região, com os quartos em péssimo estado de conservação.

Non c'era nessun computer come descritto nel sito booking e alla mia richiesta hanno negato questa opzione . a saperlo me lo sarei portato da casa .

Het hotel is heerlijk, kamers prima, wij zaten in het appartement met eigen jacuzzi; ontbijt goed, fijn dat er een zwmebad is kun je aan het eind van de middag even bijkomen.

de bedbank is vreselijk om op te slapen, matrassen zijn net campingdingen, waardeloos om op te slapen, hebben wij ook gezegd

Adorei os funcionários, todos foram super simpáticos e muito prestativos! Além disso, gostei muito da limpeza do hotel. o hotel não é luxuoso, mas é bem confortável. Café da manhã completo. Próximo a vários bares e restaurantes de Palermo.

Internet lenta. E bem longe do centro.

Um hotel com boa localização, perto de bons restaurantes e centro de compras em Palermo Soho.

Fiquei muito desapontado com a indicação do taxi no retorno para o aeroporto. A recepção do hotel chamou um taxi, o taxi driver foi desonesto e cobrou três vez o valor da corrida, uma corrida que deveria sair por 30 pesos , foi comprado 90 pesos, fui enganado e robado pelo taxista, já formalizei uma reclamação no hotel no dia 28/01 (data da ocorrência). Caso queiram ter uma idéia o Hotel fica a 5 km e 15 min do aeroporto (aep), ele não ligou o taxímetro. Outro observação, o apart hotel tem quartos para 04 pessoas, 01 cama de casal(muito boa), e 01 sofa cama (muito desconfortável).

Localização, staff atencioso, quarto confortável e custo-benefício.

Era o mesmo café da manhã todos os dias. Não que seja ruim pois estimula você a procurar outros cafés pela cidade.
