Everything!!! Everyone was extremely nice, helpful (Sergio, Valeria and Fernanda - Thank you!) the hotel itself is excellent (pool, spa use included in the price - massages etc are extra but not expensive).. The location is perfect! Not in the center, but a taxi drive there costs around 20 pesos (less than 4 euros) and after a long day of sightseeing and if you're too tired to go out to the center again, all the restaurants, clubs and bars are within walking distance... the area is very nice.. If I ever go back to Buenos Aires, I'd definitely stay there again... |

Great location. Good neighborhood restaurants. Trendy boutiques. Excellent, friendly staff, very helpful, good English. Very comfortable accomodation. Neighborhood barking dog, unreliable computer. |

The crew was always very helpfull. The room is very nice, clean and has many facilities. It's very well located inside palermo soho near all the restaurants, bars, etc. The neighborhood itself is kind of far from city downtown. I'd definitely stay there again. I only think the breakfast could be more complete. it has nice things, but not too many options. A nicer breakfast buffet ( more itens) |

Very well designed and spacious apartments with great facilities including a computer provided free of charge. very helpful staff and a good value for money bufet breakfast. The room was just a litle noisy (road noise) so if you're a very light sleeper you may need earplugs just in case. |

lo mejor es que es todo nuevo, en realidad un poco chico pero con todo lo necesario para una estadía. Si no te interesa estar en Palermo, bueno es un poco lejos y solo podés moverte en taxi, no hay transporte. No salía bien el agua caliente de la habitación. Y bueno como dije anteriormente si no vas especificamente a Palermo está un poco trasmano |

La atención es de primera. Todos el personal es increiblemente amable. Los departamentos son muy agradables, limpios y con un bonito diseño. Todo en muy buen estado, como nuevo. El desayuno por 5 dolares es una ganga. Como para regresar con la familia. El lavabo del baño. Esta muy bajo y la llave muy alta, es incomodo para lavarse porque salpica mucha agua. Se debe usar con mucho cuidado. Sería mucho más comodo si la llave del agua quedara más abajo. |

Cubrio mis espectativas sobre todo el de tener computador en la habitacion con internet fue imprescindible.Las instalaciones y el personal son excelentes. No se si seria por la hab. que me tocó, pero escuchaba algo de ruido, sobre todo de la recepcion, los pasos en la madera de la recepcion a las habitaciones. |

Me ha gustado la zona en que se sitúa, el Barrio de Palermo es tranquilo, agradable y con tiendas de diseño muy actual. También la proximidad de la Plaza Serrano con sus artesanos y sus librerías con cafés y sus restaurantes con oferta calidad precio muy correcta. La dificultad es la lejanía del medio de transporte mas rápido y mejor, el Subte. |

La sensasion de nuevo y limpieza, me gusta que todo sea color blanco. A las camas les falta una colcha blanca que no se vea la frazada. Las camas son chicas para dos personas. Genial para ir sin marido, pero con marido imposible , no cabe. |

Helpful and really friendly staff. Very professional. The duplexes are really spacious with PC and internet. Enoy the private terraces with jacuzzi. And 3 bocks from the trendiest area in Palermo Like many "design" hotel, double windows are not in the programme. Noisi isolaiton can be a problem with these types of new constructions. So avoid the rooms that are close to the street! |
