Very elegant and great rooms in a great location in Recoleta

Everything was perfect

Fantastic value, large apartment, polite staff, centrally located.

Callao is a bit noisy.

A 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms in a nice part of Buenos Aires with a generous continental breakfast. Excellent for group of 6 adults. Wifi and safe were included.

Street noise was intrusive but all the other plusses outweighed this. Very convenient and pleasant.

Excellent appart-hotel freshly renovated. You really have a nice and spacious apartment in Recoleta, cleaned everyday. Breakfast included with garden views where birds come and go. Staff is great.

Our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional.

Spacious appartment, comfortable and in very good location.

The bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were wonderful.

The Refrigerator was out of order and froze over $100.00 worth of food. I told several staff members and even showed two of them in person the enormous puddle of water and ice in the refrigerator and they all smiled and did nothing. The main reason we chose your hotel is that I have several diet restrictions and need to keep my own food at hand This ruined the trip for me. Breakfast was unappetizing and sparse. The Apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and had a general unpleasant smell. The desk ordered a car to take us to the airport. The Driver dropped us at the wrong terminal and it was a very long hike in 90 degree weather. The hotel told us it was the best car service. Live and learn

The location was great. We were three mature adults, this option of an apartment was much cheaper than a hotel.

The bathrooms were very old, needer tobe updated.

Our family could stay together in one space as opposed to being in three separate hotel rooms.

The lobby area was under renovation during our stay, so the whole operation was noisy , dusty and we had no access to it. The tv and WiFi was out of commission for four days during our stay. The doors were squeaky so we were woken when one of our family members were moving around the apartment. The door to our en suite bathroom was swollen and could not close. The floors are thin so the upstairs neighbors kept waking us during the night. The roller shutter in my daughter's room was out of commission for three days before a repairman was called in to repair it. The air conditioner leaked consistently, resulting in a wet floor, and which was never repaired during our stay. The apartment was in a general state of disrepair. We could barely communicate with the staff in English. The toilet leaked consistently and was never repaired during our stay.

Highly recommended: Fine location in Recoleta district. Well-equipped apartment. GREAT value for money.

Rooms were clean and tidy

Staff were not helpful and didnt present very well. Costomer service was very poor!!!!!

Lack of English with staff but hey it is sa. Was or is undergoing renovation, lift were pretty erratic to say the least, all minor really, I would stay again, for sure.

Great apartment, clean and well furnished and good size with separate kitchen, lounge etc. Good location for Recoleta however we would have looked at San Telmo with hindsight as Recoleta is upmarket and same as being in EU. Tango night booked by hotel was excellent at Esquina Carlos Gardel - their recommendation. Cheaper and different to what we had planned via web before asking them. Breakfast delivered to room was nice touch but minimalist.

Poor Wifi unless in foyer but still flaky. Can pay for router hire into room but sort of feel it should be in the price. Building works ongoing in foyer but that will be short term

this hotel apartment is very convenient. 2 bed rooms with 2 private bathroom, closets , a big kitchen , a big living room , a nice terrace ( a bit noisy) much better option than conventionnal hotel. convenient store and market near. nicely located near resturant . and enjoy the week ends with the open karft market..

Clean hotel which suited our needs. Wife and I were on holiday but my daughter was working. We had an apartment in the rear which was quiet. Only very small area of wifi.

The front desk staff were very helpful and made calls for us to arrange tango shows and accommodation in other cities. The locations is great - in a safe, nice area.

Street noise and the wifi was very slow and only available in the reception area.

Noisy road, if you can choose upper levels. Very old and tiny lobby area. Wifi only in lobby. No locker room.
