Very spacious appartments. Nice and big bathroom. Good location.

Noisy road, if you can choose upper levels. Very old and tiny lobby area. Wifi only in lobby. No locker room.

We liked it very much! It is very complete for 6 persons, we had a great time and felt like at home in the apartment. Me did not need anything more that what was there, everything was there for us.

The only problem was that the air conditioning in our room (the main room with bathroom inside) was not working correctly so it was very warm during the night. We let the people in the reception know as soon as we got there, but it was never fixed. This was something that bothered us very much. Other than that, everything perfect.

Convenience, home-like setting, service, cleaniliness and great staff!

Location is great, as well as the apartment's size which is great for a family with child/children. Well equiped kitchen.

Very old towels. Very old and noisy air condicioners. Old and dusty enough carpets in sleeping rooms which is not good for people with allergias.

We had two rooms for a group of 4 that were across from each other that made it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient and the staff generally very accomodating.

There was a mix up on our rooms on the last half of the week and they at first were unable to accomodate us on the same floor across from each other. After a lot of discussion we were able to "upgrade" to a superior room for another $20. It all worked out.

Position was ideal as the locality was up market. However traffic noise was a problem as our unit did front on to the road. There were metal shutters on the outside which helped buffer some of the noise. Continental breakfast was quite good. Air conditioning was most welcome too. Unit was very spacious- we had a 2 bedroom unit and it had 2 bathrooms which is ideal when there are more than 2 people. Dressing room area was appreciated too. In all it served our needs very well. Price was very reasonable for the space we had. We would recommend to future travellers.

Traffic noise and in the 2nd bedroom, the airconditioning unit rattled.

This was a great find! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, lounge and meals area. The hotel was very secure and in a safe area, only 2-3 blocks from the beautiful Recoleta Cemetery. The apartment was spacious and plenty of room for the two of us (would comfortably fit 4 adults); we had plenty of room to spread out and relax for the 5 days we were there. Would definitely return and recommend.

The rooms are slightly dated, but still very clean, comfortable and in condition.

Ongoing renovation works. The rooms are spacious and of good standard, but the description "Super Luxurious" is far away from reality.

We were upgraded to a suite, no charge. The staff booked 2 tours for us.

booked a triple room and were surprised to get a 3 bedroom apartment so very spacious with old world elegance. it was very clean. breakfast served to room was adequate although small. it was varied by cake one day but usually croissants, small juice, coffee, hard french stick slices, butter, jam, cheese spread and chocolate spread. request breakfast up to half an hour before you want it. liked the laundry sink and lines. the 2 bathrooms were large. staff were polite. large kitchen with good facilities.

we were on the first floor at front so close to the traffic. quite noisy at night with rubbish trucks going through and people yelling in the street. that of course has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. virtually nobody on the hotel staff spoke more than a few words of english so it was a little hard to make yourself understood and it was hard to get any local or tourist information (but then we were in a spanish speaking country). free internet in the lobby was quite slow but at least available.
