The staff we so helpful at pointing us in direction of cafés, points of interest & helping us book tours. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, close to parks and a few restaurants.
The hotel staff was very good and helpful when needed. Recoleta is a wonderful neighborhood, with upscale shops, museums, and good restaurants.
The hotel's Wi Fi was terrible, requiring frequent logins and exposure to ads sponsoring the free Wi Fi. The elevators were constantly unavailable because people forgot to close the second elevator door. All elevator doors should close automatically.
location generally helpful staff
phone booth elevator breakfast
Location and small - more personal
Very Small lifts and very old fashioned lifts!
Very old carpet and mattress
A/C malfunction No gym
Well located in Recoleta
I was disapointed with the hotel maintenance in general, the pictures make it look great but for me it felt very dated. Dark room, torn sheets, elevator from the 60s, mini breakfast room with no window...
rooms are somewhat basic but price not high
Staff were very helpful Location location location. The amazing Alvear Palace Hotel a step away and some great restaurants nearby - try Fervor for a class act.
Overpriced depressing dark shabby room with view of a wall. It didn't help that it poured with rain for 3 solid days! Wifi set up was really really really annoying
- Lovely boutique style hotel - very helpful staff who were able to assist all our queries - Nice room with decent kitchenette - Great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. - A 5min stroll from the Recoleta cemetery and weekend markets.
- Wifi kept turning off and we needed to login constantly - Breakfast was average but not a huge deal in terms of overall comfort
The hotel is in a great location in Ricoleta. Just outside the famous cemetery, in a very good neighborhood, close to good restaurants and shopping.
The maintenance of the hotel is not good, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the next room, the Wi-Fi hardly works, the elevators can't hold 2 people with suitcases and so on.
The location, and the hotel is ideal for visito mg Buenos Aires
I paid cash, I supose the y should have given me back the document with My credit card numbers.I supose I wont have problems.
Everything at the hotel was fine, but I was disappointed at check-out that they applied a exchange rate to the booking.com estimated charge that was 37% higher than the official country exchange rate. I felt a bit ripped off.
Hotel was ok, the stuff was a bit slow, breakfast was quite small. Location is good, rooms were spacious & comfortable.
Right next to classiest strip of Recoleta, roomy studio, good breakfast
friendly personnell, great location, strong wifi, nice and clean rooms
What a great location! And the room, while small, was like a little Parisian apartment with decor and a big window. The tiny kitchenette (stove, fridge, sink, plates) was a welcome surprise! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast room was a bit dark with no windows, though with the kitchenette in our room we didn't need their breakfast room!
Location just can´t be better, next door to Recoleta Square, exclusive neighbourhood for a decente price. Walking distance to main BUenos Aires sites, such as Casa Rosada and Puerto Madero. Hard to think abt a best value for Money in there.
no negative points
The girl on reception
Great location for tourists! We could walk to whatever we wanted to go.Very comfortable and quiet suite! Staff were outstanding, particularly the female receptionist, with handling our every need!
breakfast was limited
