Large rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning There is no computer / internet access apart from Wifi. The night porter was not around when we returned to the hotel, a couple couldn't out of the hotel, and had to go and look for him. Breakfast service was rubbish - hot option was cold by the time we arrived, and serving staff disinterested, and reception staff had poor knowledge of service (internet access) in the area when asked. Bathroom did not have a good finish - design "touches" are one thing, but expected a better standard - the floor looked as if it hadn't finished being laid - ie no tiles. |

i loved the helpfulness of the staff, the comfort of the hotel, and the location was amazing. The breakfast was not to 5 star standard and the bathroom was a little more on the 3 star side (eg the door wouldnt close, the tiling looked aweful). |

The location, the room, and especially the staff were outstanding! The staff were so helpful and accomodating, truly amazing service. I'm never going to stay in another chain-hotel again; in Buenos Aires boutiques are the way to go!!! Some construction on the hotel was not yet complete (as it is a brand new hotel that just opened a week ago) and this caused some unwanted noise at times. However, the staff did an amazing job of keeping this disturbance to a minimum. |

O atendimento e a disponibilidade do pessoal da recepção e a localização no lindo bairro de Palermo Soho, um dos mais agradáveis locais de Buenos Aires! A dificuldade em se conseguir um adapatdor (o hotel não dispunha de adaptadores suficientes a todos) e o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais diversificado. |

Gute Lage 5 Sterne total übertrieben. Renovierunsbedürftig. Kein Tisch und Platz im Zimmer "de Luxe superior" . Zweimal Frühstück um 7:40 noch nicht fertig -Mitarbeiter verschlafen.Einmal war Zimer um 14 Uhr noch nicht gemacht- |

Estilo diferenciado e localizacao em Palermo Soho proxima de lojas e restaurantes. O acesso a Internet nao funciona.Precisam melhorar o cafe da manha.Nao existem espelhos no quarto.O Hotel tem apenas 6 meses e ainda nao esta com varios servicos funcionando. |

que no se parece a un hotel y que las habitaciones posteriores dan sobre un jardin luminoso. Decoración interesante. Los baños o al menos el baño de la habitación nueve, nada que ver con un baño de categoria 5, sin ventilación, y con azulejos en mal estado. en la habitación no hay una mesita o escritorio para poner el notebook o escribir algo. Saqué fotografías. |

Cortesia del personale. Ambiente molto caloroso ed accogliente. Camere comode ed accoglienti Personale incompetente a risolvere i problemi, avevamo affitato una abitazione con idromassaggio e non siamo riusciti ad averla. prima camera non aveva, Seconda la aveva rotta ed altre possibiltà non c'erano.Camere scarne per il livello dell'hotel |

Wij boeken vaak via Booking.com en zijn steeds erg tevreden van jullie aanbod, maar dit hotel hoort niet thuis op jullie site! Het is vuil, erg basic en helemaal niet hip & trendy naar de beschrijving die op jullie en hun site staat. Het hotel nu nog helemaal niet klaar is om gasten in te ontvangen en ik vrees dat dit ook zo zal blijven omdat het managment en de staff totaal onervaren. Vd site hal |
