Ultra Hotel Buenos Aires  

De locatie van het Ultra Hotel is subliem. Gelegen in het hart van Palermo Viejo, bevind je je temidden van boutique shops, koffie tentjes en restaurants. Het hotel heeft ook een zwembad op het dak wat een aardige verfrissing is als je die wilt opzoeken. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar goed. De bedden uitstekend. En als laatste wil ik het personeel van Ultra aanbevelen. De mensen zijn zeer behulpzaam en 'lovable'.

Het hotel berekent een eigen exchange rate, hetgeen kan betekenen dat je eindrekening vele malen hoger is dan waar je uiteindelijk akkoord op hebt gegeven bij je booking. Dit levert enige frustratie op van zowel gasten als het hotelpersoneel. Er valt te onderhandelen maar dit is natuurlijk nooit iets dat je graag wilt hebben op een vakantie. Dus wees gewaarschuwd.

Boutique hotel with a good design, good background music, but the hotel is designed for boys is not a traditional , so my husband and I had ever seen, I would also like to say about the breakfasts, they are terrible!

Rooptop pool was excellent; really like that "style" of the hotel too

Rooms are not very well maintained. Rooftop bar was never cleaned in the 4 days I stayed at the hotel

Great location and very safe area to be at. The hotel was very well designed and it was comfortable and nice.

Didnt liek the service, the rooftop pool wa always dirty, the toilets werent cleaned thropughout our whoel one week stay. Bottles and glasses were left on table, pool uncleaned and no one bothered to clear them. Teh breakast was terrible and the food werent great at all.. Teh front of house service staff were excellent but apart from that, it lacked lustre and attention. The smoking rooms had no ash tray. Some attention to detail is neccessary as it is a wonderful hotel with a great location , I woudl want to return and stay tehre but not if the standard of cleanliness and service does not get better...soem ohe rhotel guests felt very much teh same.

Best was the staff who were so courteous and helpful and professional and could not do enough to make our stay so wonderful. They all need to be paid more money!! Dont lose them they are your best asset. A big thankyou to them. Rooms were lovely and clean and quiet. Location is excellent.

Poor breakfast!! Cleanliness were so deficient!

Great reception from the front desk, and great music playing in the facilities. The bed was extremely confortable and room 15 was quite spacious compared to the others in our group.

I loved everything, but for my grandparents, the lights were a little too low. Corridors and bathrooms can get quite dark at night, but this is the hotel style. The music for them was a bit loud during breakfast, but then again, the young ones loved it. Would reccomend for young couples, not so much for elderly.

El cuarto es muy normal, no tiene grandes lujos. Tenia toallas viejas y le faltaba un poco de limpieza

Su ubicación.

Las habitaciones no tienen una mesa y son muy obscuras, la coladera del baño no tenía tornillos y olía a caño. El WC se movía cuando te sentabas. Para acabar, un tal Pablo en recepción con muy mala cara no quiso cambiarme el nombre de la factura, pésimo servicio a clientes.

La ubicacion

Se corto la luz y no habia grupo electrogeno. Cafe en el desayuno horroroso. Como hotel 5 estrellas le sobran 3 al final es caro

O Hotel é lindo, gostoso e confortável. Mas por ser lindo, conceitual demais, ele carece de verdade. Falta alma.

O que não gostamos mesmo foi a limpeza. Deixou muito a desejar. Ficamos uma semana e houve dias que a limpeza foi feita de forma superficial.
