The staff was great and is very well located (well served with public transports and near the congress)

Breakfast was the only thing that I disliked

Obviously the large room is a plus. Shower that works perfecly with a nice setting too. Good coffee and friendly helpful personell made the stay very pleasant.

Fresh fruits for breakfast was missing.

After staying overpriced 5 star international chain hotels in Buenos Aires I discovered this cute hotel. I am going to stay with this one! I like the location, next to Congresso and many coffee shops and restaurants. Theaters and shopping just minutes away! Room is clean, big and I was really surprised to see how stylish room and lobby look! Staff is amazing, they did everything i asked! I am not big fan of heavy breakfast and UNO breakfast was great for me!

The hotel was nice, especially for the cost. Great location for sight seeing during the day.

I am in my 20's and really wanted to experience the night life. Since UNO is in the Congreso district it is about a 10-15 minutes cab ride from Palermo (where the majority of bars and discos are located). Also, there is no pool...

This hotel is in an excellent position. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.

There was no internet in that hotel. All the time I stayed there: six days. In booking.com reservation was written "free WI-FI in the whole hotel". Hotel should provide this information before booking. Incredible noise from the street if apartement looks on it. But this is quite common for hotels in BsAs.

Helpful staff great hotel !

Large and modern room, with LCD TV, fridge, A/C and kettle. Good king size bed and a couple of universal wall sockets available to charge your laptop and/or gadgets. Also the hotel is half a block from the subway station and at a large avenue where it easy to take a cab. Breakfast was served at the hotel (despite some of the reviews) and was good with two kinds of croissant, sliced bread, ham/cheese, orange juice, cereal, yogurt, milk/coffee and some kind of canned fruit (pretty good for Argentinian standards on this price range). Staff was really helpfull to all our requests, ie: wine glasses, extra coat hangers, etc.

The breakfast room is small and with little staff, so if you didn't get there early it was really a pain to get some food. Not enough tables and enough people to replace/clean used tableware and replace food.

O hotel é excelente, o quarto é super amplo, os funcionários são muito educados, a localização é maravilhosa com ponto de ônibus e metrô por perto. A Av. Rivadavia é bastante movimentada então tem um certo barulho durante os momentos de pico, como ficamos no 10º andar não chegou a atrapalhar o descanso.

Localização, cama e café da manhã muito bons.

Barulho demais, as janelas poderiam ter vedação. E o elevador fazia barulho no nosso quarto.

Atendimento da recepção, localização próximo as principais avenidas.

O box não fecha, então o banheiro molha um pouco mas não tenho do que reclamar do hotel e das suas dependências.

Equipe super atenciosa, quarto muito bom e confortavel.

O chuveiro poderia ser mais quente.

Adoramos nossa estadia no Hotel Uno, bem localizado (atrás do congresso nacional) e a meia quadra da estação do metrô, suíte ampla e aconchegante, com carpete, mas super limpa, cama muito confortável, hotel todo novo e decoração clean, equipe super atenciosa, fomos atendidos em todas as nossas solicitações, café da manhã bom e compatível com o preço. Superou nossas expectativas, indicamos.

Uma sugestão de melhoria, seria o tamanho da toalha de banho, é super pequena. O Hotel só tem café da manhã, como não tem restaurante a noite, eles indicam um delivery, mas poderia ter alguns itens no frigobar, pelo menos água.
