Cleanliness quality sleep location parking available
the shower with very little water breakfast could include more items
The hotel is nice, clean, modern, the rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly. I'd like to mention the first class service provided by Yanina, she helped me with an emergency situation right away being dilligent and friendly at the same time. I Strognly recommend this hotel.
The F&B was poor. No restaurant, only breakfast with little options and not best quality.
The attentive and friendly staff. The location was superb.
Great location next to the Congress and tube station. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast was okay, not much choice. Staff weren't overly helpful or friendly.
Very convenient for sightseeing. A 50-peso ride to Puerto Madero, Recoleta or El Caminito. 200m from a subway station and 4 stops away from Casa Rosada. A Subway shop right next door for a perfect late-at-night, don´t want to go out kind of dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful in making arrangements for tango shows. Our room (201) was huge, and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. Modern decor, flatscreen TV, all very clean. Will definitely stay here again when back in BsAs.
Wifi in our room are not great, but work fine in the lobby.
The staff was really good. Clean and calm.
The wi-fi was not working. The shower was not good.
Big room, very clean, central location, excellent value for money
Compared to other hotels in BA, very good value for money. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Close to Subte/Underground access. Breakfast was better than described in previous reviews, may be due to low season.
Minor things: Water pressure in shower not always optimal, visible water leakage not tidied up. But did not have a negative impact on our pleasant stay.
Very very very helpful staff: - hostess/host - breakfast staff
Breakfast, main topics: - lack of space - lack of cutlery - lack of food (many times the items were missing) - poor variety offered - only one lady (which was good) working in the breakfast
the bedroom was spacious ,clean and noiseless. The location is priceless,"safe"neighborhood but you must to be carefull anyways,is Argentina!!
the breakfast was poor,we came down at 10 am ,one hour before they close and they run out of pastries, ham, cheese, fruit.etc
The staff were completely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. Many thanks! The location is central and convenient, near the Congress building and subway. I liked the rooftop sitting area.
the bathroom -- shower floor is very slippery. It also slopes away from the drain, so shower water can flood the bathroom.
location and staff, size of the room..
noisy street, mattresses are worn out..bathroom facilities are old... need to upgrade like zen boutique suites hotel...
get the worth of your money.
bathroom towels not white enough.
Location was fabulous. Close to subte which allowed easy travel throughout the city.
Breakfast was not very nutritious and it would have been useful to know that most of the staff spoke little or no English.
Location, gym, staff, size of rooms. We had a problem with the AC in our room and the staff tried their best to help us.
I was in this hotel 2 years ago. At that time the hotel was pretty new and walls were very clean. Now the condition is not that good, but this is about careless passengers.
The location was great. Next to the congress in the heart of Buenos Aires. The rooms were very big and spacious.
The breakfast was very poor, no fresh fruits, no choice at all. Only bread, oats, ham, cheese and dulce de leche. We stayed there 5 days and one of the elevators broke the first day. They didn't manage to fix it within those 5 days which meant a lot of waiting and waiting for the one remaining elevator specially in the morning when everybody was using it.
Close proximity to the subway and National Congerss building.
breakwast is really poor. Must be improved.
Despite the presence of the kettle - no refill bags of coffee and tea. Breakfast, although typical for South America - sweet milk products, sugar and gluten...
Level of cleanliness
The room is very good
The wifi is very poor
Nice big room, near the Congress building
A little far from everything else in the center
Clean, spacious, modern room. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There's no mineral water in the rooms
Very kind staffs, especially Ms Patricia. She is very kind and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable. Hotel is very close to subway station and on the big street. Location is in the next block of national congress, so I saw security guards /police on the street and felt more secured. Hotel arranges Tango tour and I took “ Senor Tango”. It was excellent and it is my great memory in Argentina.
Only breakfast. It starts 8am (I hope 7am) and did not have any egg menu.
